Great Product and Great Support!
Basically by using MyWorks Sync it saves me roughly 1-2 hours per day of getting my customer and order information into Quickbooks - huge time saver!
PROSReally automates well all my transactions synching from WooCommerce to Quickbooks! Support is great . . . any questions I have are answered promptly and with courtesy : )
CONSA bit complex to set up but once its up and running it is easy to use and works like a charm!

Extremely happy with woo commence quick books integration
Very happy, it fully automates adding my woo commence sales into quick books which without it would be a nightmare time consuming manual process which i don't have time for!
PROSSet it up once then never had to touch it again! it fully automates my woo commerce sales into quick books.
CONSNot much really, had a few minor issues when setting up but customer service fixed these extremely quickly.

Can't quite remember but don't think zapier has all the functionality i needed. From memory one was syncing previous translations (which i had alot of) I think zapier at the time would only sync transactions going forward.

Cool Product
Being a small retail company, we do not have time to update our online store stock on a daily basis. This program helps with this time consuming task. This saves many hours updating $$
PROSRelatively easy to set up with website and QuickBooks online.
CONSAutomatic sync is not always reliable. More times than we would like, we have products sold in our showroom and the software requires manual adjustments to update the inventory levels online store. We are hoping this will improve as time goes on.

At the time MyWorks seemed to be the only affordable sync program to do the job we were looking for.

time saver
it was pretty easy to set up and customer support during the process was great.
CONSonce something cleared the customer list for some reason, not sure if it was myworks or another problem. the customer list was pretty quick and easy to reinstall with quickbooks. other than that not really any major problems at all.

Pretty easy to use
For over a year, we have had a great experience!
PROSI've had a great experience with MyWorks. I have recommended it to several people. There's just not a lot out there that reports to Quickbooks. It was easy to map and very easy to set up.
CONSThis has been a great solution for us! I have had very few problems, and the ones I did have, tech support helped me fix them.

Couldn't integrate to multiple accounts. It could only dump income into one account. It was also not very user friendly.

A bit costly, but better than other options
Generally we've been happy with the software. Like many software products, the help files are not particularly well written but at least they have them.
PROSThe MyWorks team was helpful during the technical setup. The software has certainly sped up processing from our WooCommerce site and has been mostly reliable. They have been responsive to questions. Most of the time we get quick responses, though sometimes it has taken more than a day or to hear back which can be unsettling if we've run into issues.
CONSAt least once every two weeks we have a sync issue involving a previous customer. We can work around the issue, but it's a pain. This relates to my least favorite part of the MyWorks platform - there is no phone support, just chat/support tickets which I find very indirect and slow. Occasionally there's an issue I'd like help with but don't bother to ask because I dislike the chat/ticket system so much. The previous vendor we used had pay-by-call phone support which was worth the cost to get things resolved faster.

The other company went out of business forcing us to find a new solution to integrate QB and WC.

The best solution for QBO integration
Support has been good, and MyWorks Soft is willing and able to do customizations to the Sync connector if you need tweaks.
PROSMyWorks Sync has many features for customizing your WooCommerce store integration with QuickBooks Online. You can synchronize almost everything: orders, items, even payment methods.
CONSIt has a few bugs to work out; notably, if an invoice in QBO already exists there will be no warning and the order will be considered synchronized [note this is a beta feature under development at the time].

We do look forward to bringing that feature live - to better notify you if an invoice with the same number already exists in QuickBooks. Of course, in an ideal world - an invoice with the same number wouldn't exist in QuickBooks as all manually entered invoices would have a separate manual number sequence. :)

Amazing customer service and support
MyWorks offers amazing and speedy customer support. No waiting around days for a reply. We have been working with MyWorks for a long time and couldn't be happier. 10 Stars!

Fantastic software with EVEN BETTER customer service and technical support!!!
One year since publicly launching out ecommerce store, and now our customers have been orders for some of the smaller items without tying up our sales teams on the phone for small orders of replacement parts!
PROSWe truly appreciate the way in which technical support is able to thoroughly understand the issues that we bring up, and have always provided well-informed solutions with great results.
CONSThere was definitely a bit of a learning curve to get everything up and running, but MyWorks has fantastic resources for learning about how things work. Whether that is youtube videos, correspondence with tech support, or even the information explanations when navigating the MyWorks tab of our WooCommerce store. At the end of the day, it was about as intuitive as a complicated thing such as this could possibly be!

Great Product, Lots Of Unexpected Issues Due to Lack Of Knowledge
My customer is a wholesaler and needed a way to integrate their orders. It does this.
PROSWhat it does, it does well. We receive the invoices and thats the bottom line. Haven't found anything else quite as reliable or clean in terms of UI. But I think better support and breakdowns of functions would be huge, especially for the subcontractors like myself who recommend your product more than anyone else, but don't necessarily have an idea of how the quickbooks side functions or maybe even have access to it.
CONSWe ran into a bunch of issues with the settings with mapping, and there wasn't anyone that I could easily speak to over the phone or instant chat that could help me clearly understand the settings. We kept having new users overwrite existing businesses in quickbooks with the user's name. As someone thats subcontracted, it makes me look very bad when I cant quickly make a fix or implement something properly because there isn't quick support. Maybe make it harder to get to so you don't get swamped, but there should be some way to connect with a human being without waiting 12-24 hours. Some of the "info" tags you have next to settings are literally just longer versions of the setting label. They don't actually help to explain anything. It would be a huge asset to build out a little video of each setting (considering you really don't have that many) showing exactly what the result is in quickbooks.

Excellent well priced sync for QBO-WooCommerce
We use MWS to synchronise products and orders between QuickBooks Online and WooCommerce, and it essential that we get new orders into QBO as quickly as possible. This plugin has done everything we have asked of it and more.
PROSI normally have an ideological aversion to order based pricing structures, but the pricing tiers are reasonable, and this plugin is so good and richly featured I think it is excellent value for money. The support team are great and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the MWS team are open to ideas to improve functionality, and come up with ideas for enhancements based on issues reported.
CONSNothing really, but only intermittent issues. We have been having some issues get the inventory synchronisation working correctly in the past few months, but no issues before that, but to fair we have not yet identified whether these issues belong to us or MWS.

My works sync to my woo commerce website
My works is easy. I turn on Quickbooks, click file, and click update web services. It connects and brings the website orders and syncs with Quickbooks, and i print the orders. Receiving orders i Quickbooks, My works syncs the receiving with the website. My Works allows me to work in one place saving me a lot of time.
CONSI had a hard time understanding how to install it. i am by no means good with a computer. i contacted the service that made my website and the support team at My Works and they helped me through it. So if something needed to be changed - i would ask to make the install easier for people like me that have no idea about programs.

GREAT SOFTWARE, SAVES A LOT OF TIME! INVALUABLE FOR ECOMMERCE STORE
We want to auto-sync online store orders with offline phone and physical store orders. This product worked great for that.
PROSSmooth installation, product sync and clear to use log files and data
CONSOccasionally after an upgrade when integrating with other software, things stop working quite correctly. For example, we had a gap in our invoices as we deleted all entries from 10 years ago and the software started overwriting the old invoice numbers but broke when it hit duplicate numbers.

It was the best integration of linking an online store to Quickbooks.

Great addon that makes life easy with great support
Over all my experience has been great, its made my life easier and the daily running of my business smoother. Any problems Ive had are quickly addressed and if I get stuck the team will gladly jump in and help on my site to get it right. The product has been getting better with time.
PROSIt has greatly reduced the number of times we have to contact a sale to see it through our accounting package.
CONSThe tax component can be a little tricky to get all the right settings as they are hidden in a couple of different spots.

Take the headache out of bookkeeping and inventory
My inventory levels are kept updated in Quickbooks and I don't really need to do anything. Also I love that when I add new items to my ecommerce site in WooCommerce it is automatically added to Myworks which then syncs with Quickbooks. Totally seamless. Allows me more time to concentrate on business. AWESOME!!!
PROSThe ease of MyWorks mapping setup up was pretty straight forward. We did need to contact technical support because we had an issue that turned out to be another product we are using. But technical support at MyWorks was very helpful and most importantly accessible.
CONSDon't really have any cons for this product

Artist successfully uses MyWorks
MyWorks Sync has been wonderful, especially the customer service! I was at first overwhelmed with the implementation, but the online service provider ended up calling me as she could see I needed a little hand holding:) She was amazing! Very patient and kind, and I "got it" and it didn't take more than thirty minutes. So appreciate her help!
PROSMyWorks best qualities is that it's straighforward and easy to use. As an artist, I struggle to understand and implement linear online products, yet with a little help, I was able to load and use this product.
CONSMy critique would be that there was a hickup in connecting two of the products and for someone who isn't linear I had a hard time with that. I ended up asking my web developer to look into it and it's working just fine. Although I am grateful I have such an efficient web guy, I always prefer to work out the kinks myself if possible.

Works great
this product syncs with Quickbooks seamlessly. It makes our jobs easier because we don't have to worry about Woocommerce and Quickbooks talking to each other. When we did have issues, which is seldom, the customer service was prompt.

Synching issues between MyWorks and QBO
This is the second syncing software we have used to bridge the gap between woo commerce and QBO and it seems to periodically change settings, tax codes ands SKUs numbers in our QBO database.
PROSfast and efficient. easy to run. blah blah blah blah blah ...

Amazing software! Really does a great job.
Great experience. Really top-notch customer support.
PROSI love how this synchs with Quickbooks and provides us a really clear insight on our P&L of how we are doing. Keeps us in check with our numbers which allows us to have a more successful clinic.

woo-commerce QuickBooks sync
The in-depth capabilities to sync all my data from products, customers, sales, invoices all from woo-commerce to QuickBooks.
CONSIt was very hard to figure out how to sync the tax appropriately so we could push our data over to QuickBooks . with the great customer service rep we had we were able to get it all synced and working properly now.
