TenderEasy is a must have
° it is a very important tool for gaining efficiency in the transport manager activity ° I am satisfied with the choice made by the company ° TenderEasy has a future in Decathlon, especially if it brings new developments, new features that make it attractive for other types of tender than those in the field of transport (cleaning services, e-comm tenders, etc)
PROS° versatility and ability of the tool to adapt to the needs of the user ° archiving contacts and transport tenders
CONS° as a deployer/trainer of TenderEasy, I still am not at ease to explain/ train on the creation matrix/ scenarios features
Reasons for switching to TenderEasy
I had nothing before, apart from a huge database in xls files, emails and drives that risked being lost very easily, especially when there were role changes in the transport teams

Good tool but there's space for improvement
I wrote everything in the Cons. Please check there.
PROSNothing in particular, it has the same features Transwide had, but more complicated.
CONSIt is not flexible. If you need to change the booking availability just for one day, you have to build a new template. If the truck arrives late and a new booking is assigned, there's not possibility to keep tracking of the changes, so you'll see only the new booking. No boxes are available for the warehouse to add notes (I've asked it to 4flow which manages the tool, it seems such a hard request...) The link among Smartbooking and Alpega it's quite hard to use. Carriers must complete 2 pages of info when they book, so too time consuming. The restrictions on booking timings are not working. The extraction in excel can cover just 1 week at a time and you cannot go back more then 3 month.

Review for TenderEasy
From an end-user perspective it is easy to advise shipments, however log-in process and locked accounts make it painful. Should be more log-in attempts allowed. As a first level support agent for several years, I consider the competency of the second level Tender Easy agents very poor, also no customer-oriented mindset or helpful attitude.
PROSUser friendly front end, quick support reaction time.
CONSNo multiple windows can be opened, cookies and cache need to be deleted frequently.

Tender easy use and confirmation
In overall the experience with TenderEasy is great.
PROSThis program is easy to use. The confirmation of transport which we use is practical and easy to confirm. The contact replies instant.
CONSEverything in overall is great but trecking and plate number of the confirmed loader can be more accurate.

A Review of Alpega TMS user
I like it so much, but in my opinion i will change the main interface of the server and improve the filter area. If those two things were changed it will be perfect.
PROSThe most facts about the this app its the aeasy way to use it. Im working in automotive Scene since 10 years and this is one of the best server I ever use. Its easy to use with a fast server. One of the best things its that if we fail ordering any trnsports we can conect with the team in charge and they response us very fast with a solution.
CONSOne thing that I dont like it too much its the interfaz of Alpega TMS its the interface its that its a little confusing, sometimes its hard to find the transports that you are looking for, more if you have docens of transport per day. I will improve the Filter becouse sometimes its dosent work properly, you need to write the exact words or it does not work.

"My opinion matters"
I started using this Alpega TMS application from April 18, 2022, it was an interesting experience because I started learning new things, it seemed complicated at first, but now I can say that it is one of the best and most efficient pages for work in logistics, which is not missing a single working day. It is a well thought out application, and very useful and practical. It is very easy for those who know how to analyze carefully to find the necessary information. I like to use this application.
PROSI like that it makes my work process easier, I like that I can be aware of all the materials that are going to be delivered to me by the supplier, the materials that are loaded on the truck, I can even check the route of the goods.
CONSThe only thing that bothers me is the fact that it automatically disconnects if you don't use TMS within an hour.

why do I need to name this.
My contacts have been very helpful and responsive.
PROSAbility to structure my bid, time frame and # of bids, end early and retain records
CONSUpdates/upgrades have had minor hiccups. Deleting Bids is not functioning properly and some of my user had an issue with the language switching on them.
Reason for choosing TenderEasy
Previous Experience and the promise that some day we can download our history. Currently we have to request the download monthly.

Good system - but expandable
Overall a good system but has still some areas to be developed to be one day an excellent system.
PROSThe analyse Mode is really benefitial and save a lot of workaround. Good to see that some features will be developed (extract of the carrier list via Excel).
CONSThereare some weaknesses in the system: - The subject line in the e-mail cannot be adjusted. - Issue we allso see is that the invite will be sent from info@tendereasy.com which frequently ends up in Spam box. Is there a possibility that we could write in behalf of the e-mail address ? This would also give some carriers a certain trust as they know our contacts very well. Didd not like that contacts (Carrier) can´t be deleted in the system in case we have duplicates.

TenderEasy is nice clear to use. I work with this page every day nad never have a problem with the system. Thank you.

Alpega TMS rating
To sum up, I have positive feelings about using the portal. The portal is easy to use and very intuitive. I recommend it to other entrepreneurs.
PROSWhat I like most is the transparency and ease of use. Additionally, a good feature is that you can see who made the changes and when. I also really appreciate the support, because the tips are always valuable and I have never been refused help.
CONSThe downside is that sometimes it is not possible to make late changes. Although some people sometimes turn a blind eye to it. But if I make a mistake, there is no going back.

Difference between customers
Usually okay, but at times frustrating, due to lack of support with actual solutions.
PROSMost customers work with it and it's usually easy and intuitive, and communciation towards freight is easy.

PROSeasy process, everything is clear and it´s good to find the transport in history
