This has a simple, clean, easy to use look that makes it modern and something expensive, when it’s actually offered for a great deal.

We were using Team Viewer, but after some time, they blocked us because they wanted money to use it. So then I looked for another way to access remotely.

I loved many features of this software but I loved one most that ,I can control my computer just using my phone and I can do anything, this software is great and I will use it everyday.

The mobile version can be difficult to switch between screens if the remote computer has multiple monitors.

It is so simple, easy, and safe to use. The user interface is awesome and it gives you a good full-screen option.

I will say I love AweSun. So far the best experience I’ve ever experience with any Remote Desktop software.

Mostly when i am not near to my Computer and i want to check my dashboard and stuff, AweSun had a wonderful feature if you want to use your computer you don't need to to do anything your computer.

Great awesome experience that has never let me down.

Sometimes the connection is spotty on machines that are heavily used and it outright fails sometime prompting for a password even if the machine is setup with an auto login option.

That it is free, and I am able to work on my pc from any other laptop in the world.

Overall a fantastic application, ages young and old can easily use the initerface.

So far the best remote support software I have ever used.

Works great for what I have used it for so far. Works as good as high-priced alternatives.

It only cap at 30fps and sometimes it will crash.

The best feature that I like is the ease of connecting all of my devices together. All I had to do was create a login and login on all my devices and I can now control them from each other.

The password lock (the one when your leave the program idle for a minute) is difficult to remember since they're no way to reset it or get a hint.

It is very easy to use and very intuitive, it allows you to handle a camera and pass files.

The only thing, if I had to not pick, was the missing feature to simply disconnect from the remote connection and still continue to use the app. Currently, the only to disconnect is to close the app.

The price and all the features that are included are a very nice deviation from the norm.

Screen Recorder Pro is very easy to use, doesn't take up much space on your screen and it works fluently.

I like how you can quickly capture a video of something to show a colleague or support rep something that you're doing on your computer.

The dashboard is clear and user friendly. Activating mouse pointer is easy and makes recording live.

Export of the recording video is a bit time-consuming. Sometimes the software crash while using.

Audio capture options and quality are poor. Often audio is garbled, or doesn't get captured at all.

Good for basic use, but too buggy for professional use.

The audio quality and video quality after recording was what I liked about this product. The features such as annotations are also readily available for use which is great.
