MobiWork Rocks!
Overall my experience has been really great. They have a friendly, dedicated, and professional staff who is willing to go above and beyond.
PROSThe ease of inputting a work order and making sure that these are completed in a timely manner. I can see exactly where my technicians are at any given moment.
CONSI have found that there is not many drawbacks to MobiWork.

Services Manager Review
So far its been a great experience, as I am new to this platform i will review after a full year. The support staff have been more then accommodating and are eager to assist us with any issues that arise.
PROSI like the ability to use this platform not only for work order scheduling but also for asset management. It has been vital to our success as a Biomed Team.
CONSAny issues that we have been experiencing, are issues that all first time users run into. Change is difficult, even if its positive change. In time everything will be running smoothly!
Reasons for switching to MobiWork
To be able to schedule and assign work orders. MediMizer did not offer everything that MobiWork offers.

Great tool for the field to be able to manage my job at a high level!
Being able to fill out my forms after a job and having them go to the office and our project managers have cut down on a lot of time. In addition, we have utilized google sheets with built in Links in MobiWork to help manage large jobs!
CONSI would like the ability to be able to pull information when I'm filling a form (outside of a work order) with information from my work orders for the day.

MobiWork - Highly Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable
Each individual we were in contact with at MobiWork were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about the quality of work they produce.

CONSIt took some time to determine what our specific needs were, but we greatly appreciated the guidance of the development team to get what we wanted and even features that we didn't even know that we needed!

The ability to customize. We do not have to go through the development team each time we need to make a minor change.
Reasons for switching to MobiWork
We did not have a way to communicate to field staff other than printing paper work orders. MobiWork allows us to send and receive work orders in real time via the app.

This software has made my life easier when it comes to jobs that I lead in the field.
It has been great, a lot better way of scheduling vs. our old way using outlook calendar.
PROSWhen I'm not able to be at a job I'm leading for the day, be seeing real time what other technicians complete on my job, I can view filled forms and see exactly what they completed with pictures. Makes it easy to know where they left off and what I need to accomplish my next day!
CONSI like the offline mode however this doesn't work when you trying to load a document. We use either google drive or our PDF Annotation side which all requires service to see your documents. I've found a work around by trying to load it before hand but if I'm in PDF annotations and back up, I can't reload it.

The customer service team is exceptionally helpful. They respond quickly and work with you through any issues and help to specialize the program to your companies needs.
PROSMobiwork is a great program for scheduling crews and projects. We use it daily and it has helped to streamline the work delegation. We really like that we can put updates on our projects so as we need to wait for parts or pause a project for whatever reason the team member assigned the job can stay informed. On the accounting side Mobiwork works exceptionally well with Quickbooks and has made our AR process smoother and faster.
CONSI don't have any issues. We highly recommend this product.

Great Product and even better service and support
Great program - many customers contacted me almost immediately to say "whoaaaa - what program is that? i need to check that out for my business"
PROSprogram was the answer to our routing management problems and communication challenges - the implementation through [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team was one of the best experiences i have had with any software program we have converted to
CONSA little boxy at first right "out of the box", until we were able to get the implementation team to craft just the right message on the "we are through with the job" e mail to customers - Implementation team was very willing to work with us on changing this and they wound up getting it just right

Revolutionizing our industry
While integrations are never "easy," the team at MobiWork goes above and beyond to understand your business, needs, and unique use cases to help create a comprehensive solution. This platform is helping us take our company into a new era: driving efficiencies with smart route planning and dispatching; setting up unique alerts for managers to monitor possible problem sites; expense management; invoice management; the list goes on.
CONSThe software is extremely customizable, which is a great thing 90% of the time. That being said, it is so customizable that it can at times be a little difficult when training new users and keeping things simple. All in all, I'm happy with what the customization allows versus any minimal headaches.

Makes my job in the field easier.
I really enjoy being ab le to look at my work order, know where I'm going (With Google maps built in). Contacts name and number and notes to know what has taken place prior to my arrival.

We are able to consolidate numerous other ways of doing day to day business into one spot. Being able to have custom created forms was great.
PROSThis was a very easy transition to setting this up and being up and running. Crew members find it easy to navigate and use.

MobiWorks with Pool Management
Love the lifeguard hourly duties feature. Easy to access on user end and easy to see all entries on Admin side. Dashboard on computer is customizable so I can set all of the hourly checks to show up on my dashboard making reviewing all of my facilities very easy.
CONSMobiWork mobile app is not ideal for the maintenance/repair side. I still have not been able to access and create work orders, or check on my facilities' hourly lifeguard submissions from the mobile app. I can access these features on the website but would be nice to be able to access everything on the website within the mobile app

Easy to use for capturing real time signatures on deliveries.
I really enjoy using it, it has made my process over all easier!
PROSIn the past, we used all hard copies with carbon copies to capture signatures. Now that we have gone to MobiWork, capturing signatures and pictures in the field is so easy. Best part is being able to go back and track previous deliveries now that everything is digital.
CONSHaving the ability from the app to organize my delivery route from the App by clicking and dragging would be nice.
