As a small shop MSP/MSSP, without the highly automated EPDR collection of modules and features in WatchGuard Endpoint Security, it would be impossible for me to maintain such a high level of safety, security, and system reliability for my clients—There simply would not be nearly enough hours in a day!

I am a small shop MSP/MSSP and there is no way that I could safely and securely handle my own business and all of my clients without the Cloud-based automated EPDR and zero-trust capabilities built into such a user-friendly interface. This is why I have used WatchGuard Endpoint Security (formerly Panda Adaptive Defense 360) since 2015.

For the most part, WatchGuard Endpoint Security's user interface is very similar to the Panda Adaptive Defense 360 product that I have used daily since 2015 but there have been changes (some say improvements) that have been a little challenging to get used to.

Seems to be a fairly solid endpoint protection product, with a fairly intuitive web based console for administering the deployment. Seems to catch all known threats, and we purchased an add-on for protecting us against zero day threats.

You really need to ensure that the software is configured correctly before you deploy it in your organization. Our experience was that the out-of-the-box configuration leaves you a little exposed to threats, I would recommend deploying the software at the highest level of lockdown in order to keep yourself safe. You can always loosen things up as you go along when you are more familiar with the functionality of the software.

Panda has been consistenly ranking among the top performing antivirus solutoin for our needs. Moreover, they have proven very effective in implementing the custom changes we requested without hesitation

Their support and development team have been super helpful and have been able to implement quickly the changes we requested.

Some features need to be polished. There are some features that make no sense (I.e. showing a piece information with dashes in between, but can only be found in the searchbox without the dashes).

Not the cheapest product, but definitely one of the best !

100 user one month trial with an email link or small download to install and 80% of the time the installation will uninstall any existing AV software installed! Once installed, the system just works!

With over 2000 devices we installed we have had less than 5 that we needed to contact tech support with. Contacting tech support can be clunky but when contact is made , the support is fast and professional and quick!

Low performance impact with a comprehensive solution across multiple security disciplines. Portal integration with hardware solutions is a huge bonus.

Agent upgrades take a little longer than I'd like.

I really like its interface because it is easy to use and guarantees high security over viruses, this software can be used in different devices and operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux and dispositives such as lapto, tablet and phone. Panda's endpoint protection has a great interface, it is able to protect your email, web page like having viruses like malware and the network. The protetion have hight quality and is easy to use in home and in the place of work o bussines. Garantizing all segurity the all equips an data.

The least i like this software are the notifications but i understand, because it is very effective in the control and protection agains all virus. The hight performance is able let a great work in few words is great software for this reason the notifications are good but sometimes are so much but the rest all is excellent in the visualization.

Adaptive Defense 360 protected our organization against zero-day ransomware attacks on the network. The threat hunting team at Panda Labs also notified us of unusually high amounts of RDP connections, helping us stop potential threats at the earliest point. It is also very easy to use especially the new Patch Management module.

At times the agent does not phone home as it should, and the endpoint reports protection errors. Easy to resolve though.

it has the advantage that it freezes in the cloud files in quarantine for 7 days, and in case of false positives it restores this file in the system automatically

This version is wonderful, has an attractive and customizable interface, is lightweight and offers maximum protection against unknown threats, allowing to reduce any vulnerability and avoiding the loss of data on PC, phones and tablets, and has the advantage of remote automatic support for resolution. of problems so, if you have a problem immediately contact and solve it

In Windows 2000, Windows XP or earlier, only version 5.5 is installed, which does not allow to implement the new improvements corresponding to version 6.0

The installation costs are very low compared to the benefits of the System, the user interface has allowed to integrate the operators of the PCs to the security of the network and to the protection of their archives for the easy and efficient to use.

What I like most about this antivirus is the user interface for the administration of the program. Also, the configuration features of the firewall is very complete for the defense against file attacks and unauthorized access

I do not like customer service, it has not been very fluid. Usually I must investigate by other means of information before using this resource

Commercially speaking, Panda has to improve a lot. But, Technically they do a great work constantly evolving their technology to match the ever more challenging security threats landscape.

It's the swiss army tool of endpoint security. I've been using Panda for more than 5 years. In the beginning I only trusted on its antivirus capabilities, but I've gradually activated all of them. Now, the quantity of security apps I run on my laptops has reduced dramatically to, basically, one. It's new version, Panda Dome, even includes a VPN connection service, which I already tried and will be using once my current VPN service expires in a few months. I've never had a problem with Panda's resources usage, even having all the protection modules enabled. File-shredding, password vault, file protection, application protection, wi-fi protection, safe browsing, etc. are a robust set of security tools, which provide the greatest value for thier price.

I've had some trouble with yearly renewal, whenever I pay for it anticipating the and of the current subscription, I lost the remaining days. Most times I've been able to solve this by contacting support, but last year it wasn't the case. They send promotions for anticipated renewal, but the true is, the percentage you get as discount is the same of the months you lose of your current period.

Managing the endpoints with Panda was a big change for the IT area. Our old solution required too much time to manage and the problems were often very complete, which did not allow us to have efficient response times. With Panda we have overcome that many things, such as having access to the administration console from anywhere.

The management via web of the endpoints was more than necessary and presented a great boost within the company. since having on-premise solutions had become quite complicated.

At the moment there is nothing that displeases us or generates a problem in the management. Panda is largely one of the best options

Panda has a very appealing user interface with options and configurations that are intuitive and easy to setup. It runs fast and protects my computer well against a wide variety of malware. I have not had an infection since I've used this software.

Since it's not as popular as some other products, Panda probably doesn't get the latest malware definitions right away as others do. The program seems to need to be updated all the time, but at least that's a low effort job that doesn't prevent me from doing other things while that is going on.

It's affordable, reliable and incredibly easy to use no matter what type of service you need- home or business.

For those with little experience it’s at times too much. The different modes are useful, especially Locked mode. Makes for a very secured system when using, but for average or non techies, too much to handle.

If you use multiple platforms, you may have some issues. Works best with windows platform. No good for Apple.

It can be a bit overwhelming to setup but calling up support or emailing them they can solve all your issues.

Reliable Antivirus for my offices, prevent my office network from unknown remote desktop connection and unwanted Ransomware virus.

The User Interface is very clean and minimalistic, working great preventing Ransomware, unwanted Remote Desktop connection, and data leakage. It's also working well on Mac and Linux systems in my office. Overall well packed software with antivirus and malware protection.

Sometimes the software is falsely flagging some files from a USB drive, which I find annoying.

It has a pretty good firewall mechanism against unauthorized access and directory/folder attacks. It is great to detect malware and viruses for a your whole system. It also has a pretty good user interface which is easy to use.

It is a bit on the expensive end. Also the customer service is not that good as expected. Also you have to configure your infrastructure correctly or you might have loose ends which are prone towards threats.

It's minimally invasive, there are no pop-ups constantly interrupting with suggestions or adverts or prompts. It just does what it needs to and doesn't get in the way. It was also easy to set up and fix the licence to a new machine, even for a user with minimal experience.

If the machine is re-imaged, even if the ID is the same , it's very difficult to get the software to recognise this, this can result in duplicate licences.

It is one of the best antivirus I have used, despite not being well known, it is really excellent, I would not stop using it because I feel very satisfied with the functions it offers me.

Analyze completely all my files eliminating any threat that may arise, I have nothing against it to mention, I highly recommend it.

We used Panda Security very successfully for many years. The company was recommended by a previous IT consultant and we continued to purchase upgrades for many years.

Recent versions of the software have had some interesting glitches, including a sudden blocking of certain browsers, including Google Chrome.
