The cloud Panopta provides to upload the recoded lectures is very useful for online teaching.

Limited amount of probes in the smaller packages.

Overall, it comes with many good features necessary for online teaching.

Once, in a while I'll get a false alarm. Although, it's typically due to a new monitoring IP that needs whitelisting.

We have a lot of web applications and portals. With Panopta we are able to track external outstaging rapidly and increase customer satisfaction.

Not only is the platform easy to use, reliable, and intuitive but the staff is EXTREMELY responsive. They have helped me on several occasions on configuring alerts, API keys, etc.

It is ridiculously easy to learn and use. Simple buttons and easy to understand navigation and added settings.

Also support for mobile is extremely poor, the mobile app works but the website itself is utterly unusable.

I've very happy for using your production. It's so great to see in detail what we need from outside from the world.

The issue we do have is false notifications, that tend to wake up engineers in the middle of the night for no reason.

None have offered the features, value, ease of use or reliability of Panopta. They are quick to respond to any questions and are now an integral part of my business.

What I like about Panopta is it is very easy to setup. The other thing is that it has built-in SMS notification system which can be used when there are critical alerts.

New UI looks promising and may help reduce friction with the latter concern, but thus far feels as sluggish as the previous iteration.

Panopta lacks SNMP polling. It is limited to ICMP monitoring.

You can't beat the price of this service. Some of the set up is tricky if you don't have a lot of technical savvy skills, but their customer service is great about helping you out.

Panopta’s support was very helpful in getting us up and running. So far it has been able to scale with our infrastrutures and is very user friendly when it comes to monitoring.

My main complaint is that their configuration UI is somewhat clunky and slow. Multiple page reloads are often performed for simple updates, and this can make it very slow to make bulk changes.

Panopta has this nice feature to cut and edit the videos very easily which is very important for many teachers who are not expert in editing videos.

Not so satisfied but I think the amount of money we pay for Panopta is just fair to the benefits we receive.

Our developers use the SQL Sentry client as well and are able to investigate issues on their own without always having to rely on our Database Administrators.

There are errors reported and when you try to get more information the details are a little cryptic. In some cases the issue being reported is inconsequential.

There are errors or warnings that are posted that are transient. The overall score can be impacted negatively by transient states.

The way blocking is presented sometimes is a little confusing.

The customization and ease of mining the data. The senteyone team is willing to share all that they can to make this product your own.

There are some errors that are reported, but the source of the error is not easily found... it requires additional queries in SSMS to find the underlying issue.

I can recommend this tool as a productive tool and also as a effective investment for a company for server management and database management.

Overall it has been good working with them. CSR at the company is hands down a great resource  and extremely helpful when I had an issue or just needed help getting something to work.

It's free, it provides a ton of extra information (in a much easier to read format), and it integrates super cleanly with SSMS.
