  • Pros

  • This tool allows me to have more interactions with the customer, multiple customers at the same time. It's good because it integrates with a lot of other software we use.
  • UseResponse makes sure that they keep it updatable, even if they implemented many changes due to customer wishes. We are working together for 2+ years and I can not think of a better partner.
  • Cons

  • It is a very costly app,I believe the price should be reviewed.
  • Sometimes the admin console can be a bit difficult to navigate, but all of the features are there, somewhere.

  • I like that I can log the work and paste HTML email threads in a ticket. Also managing all of the computer in the ticketing software is a nice feature.
  • The best part of it was cost. We looked at several other products ranging from cost to functionality to find Alloy provided more for less.
  • Cons

  • It can be cumbersome to learn in an SMB environment with small teams and no compartmentalization.
  • Some built-in features are limited and require alterations.
