Great software for SMS campaigns and personalized marketing

PROS

Project broadcast allows me to create and schedule SMS marketing campaigns that are personalized. I'm able to use short codes if I wanted and create highly engaging content to go to the right person at the right time.

CONS

There's nothing that I didn't like about it. It's easy to get set up to get a phone number and connect to your CRM or other marketing platforms.

Overall, my experience is great. Still learning some of the other features

Dripping out the campaigns able to schedule text able to create landing pages. Your own number that is verified Able to use my phone to use the PB number to dial out

CONS

Not being able to copy a text once it’s been sent

The drip factor campaign factor, debility whole raffles various features that were really good. The cost.

Waste of money, Total Scam

This never worked. Could not set it up. Support is non existent. They expect you to do a training on video which was not helpful. Tried to cancel, they charged me anyway even though I never used a single credit. Project Broadcast is a scam and bad company.

PROS

Nothing. It never worked. Hard to navigate & understand what you get for the price. Too complicated & expensive. Price does not equal product delivery.

CONS

They do not have a clear pricing breakdown when signing up. I still have no understanding of what you get per ‘credit’. No support except AI bots or email.

A friend recommended me. I wish I could have had a trial period but they do not allow a 30 day trial just charge you & scam you out of money.

I was recommended by a friend. Worst decision I ever made. Spent 300 for a product never worked and no refund. Very poor customer service. Run from this product!

A great choice for business use!!

I highly recommend Project Broadcast - it has made my business messaging and calls more streamlined. I absolutely love PB!!

PROS

Project Broadcast keeps my business separate from personal messages but accessible on the go on my phone and also functional from my computer - I love using it for my business!!

CONS

I like things to happen quickly so sometimes it takes a few seconds to load a page or message in the app, and I find myself being impatient. This is sometimes due to connectivity on the go, though.

Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast

Skipio was over-priced, not a company I could trust although I interacted in person with several core team members when they initially started working with us and had a limit on the number of contacts you could add. The price & contact limit was irritating even without the not trustworthy communication from their support team and as soon as I discovered PB, I took a chance!

Loving this app

Overall, I’m really enjoying it! I’m only a month (or so) in, and it’s already overall better than the last service.

PROS

I like most that I have multiple benefits and options in this service. I like that I can have 1-on-1 chats (and not get charged each message) AND I can also send schedules or mass messages (which is worth the fee).

CONS

The interface is a little different than what I’ve used before, so it’s finding how to get to everything efficiently. It would be nice to have a create new message option and select my contact than having to find them each time, go into their contact, and then hit the ••• and then new message.

Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast

Our whole team switched, so it made sense for duplication. Skipio also had additional charges.

Amazing investment!

I love Project Broadcast! It has suited my needs for my Business and well worth the investment!

PROS

I love that I can schedule campaigns anytime I need it to go out via a mass text for events or sales I run

CONS

Not sure how to set up things within in. Like setting up recurring bday messages , follow up texts etc . Would love a step by step document on how to do this versus videos.

They locked me out of my account due to card expiring and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone after I messaged and emailed numbers times - lost thousands of contacts

From a Beginners point of view

I have enjoyed learning about this program, and how it can help my business. Finally something to help me be more consistent!

PROS

I dove into the tutorials, it was so simple to set up, and is very easy to use. I am often finding new things I can do, for example running contests. My messages come from a local number, and customers reply directly back to them. Personalizing messages is easy. Tracking how my messages are responded to helps me know what works and what does not.

CONS

Once I took time to learn how the program works, I saw no cons!

Satisfied Customer

I've been using PB for several years, and I find the read rates incredibly high. I enjoy the personalized mass texting, trackable links, etc., and I'm a satisfied customer. Reducing the price point per message and increasing uploading features would only make me enjoy it more.

PROS

PB is easy to use, and the tutorials ("school") are very helpful for teaching me how to use PB to its full capacity.

CONS

It would be great to be able to attach more / larger media. The price point is also a bit high for the modern age.

I started with PB, and I didn't see enough of a reason to change.

Love this!

PROS

I love the simplicity of it! It’s user friendly and really thought of everything. The AI feature is the cherry on top I believe it brings so much confidence to the user in their messaging

CONS

I don’t like the errors I get on certain messages wish I knew exactly why it was happening. Doesn’t happen often which is good

PB for the Win

It’s been wonderful growing my business alongside PB. Where suggestions were made, changes were implemented. When issues arise, PB responds with why and consistently works proactively as much as possible to prevent delivery delays because of carrier changes, laws, etc.

PROS

I love that PB keeps in personal contact with me clients. I can easily make calls from my business number, send personalized messages, even leave voicemails so clients hear from me when they have time.

CONS

There are so many incredible features: campaigns (and all the different styles), landing pages, attachments, bundles, configurable forms, contests…but I’m not sure how to use these features.

Reason for choosing Project Broadcast

The vibe from the marketing, Jake Dempsey’s presentation at Zoom team meeting, and word-of-mouth from other users.

Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast

Skipio was way more expensive and did not deliver. PB walked me through how to transfer my number - without that assistance, I would not have switched.

Best texting service with an app

I absolutely love pb. Its easy to use & I love that it has an app.

PROS

I love that Project Broadcast gives me a phone number that I can text and call my customers or potential recruit. It allows me to keep a professional working number so that I do not have to use my personal cell phone number. I love that there is an app to all of the information. I also love that everything is in one place.

CONS

There is not really anything that I can think of that. I don’t like about Project Broadcast.

Connecting with Ease

It pays for itself with the relationships it’s creating.

PROS

I find sometimes it is a learning curve but they have resources to help me. It’s more my end.

The new way to reach customers

My overall experience has been very good. Any support issues are taken care of immediately. I had a previous messaging service, but this one has so many other options available to make it very easy to communicate with my customers and establish those relationships

PROS

I love the ability to be able to schedule my messages and set up a response when they answer. It makes it much easier to be able to spend time with my customers instead of constantly typing out messages.

CONS

The fact that I cannot organize them into folders and I have to go through my lists of customers that are not to receive a mass message. Some of the training leaves a little to be desired and some of them are a little confusing.

Because it was being incorporated into my DS business and I found it much easier to use and it had more options for campaigns

Project Broadcast saves you time and money

It is a huge time saver and helps me be more productive in my business.

PROS

I like all the tutorials and training and the fact you can earn credits on a lot of it. You can reach out to their customer service for other questions that are not clear from the training.

CONS

That I cannot earn credits from all the training topics. At first I did not like the phone app interface, but over time I grew to love it.

My business survived because of Project Broadcast!

I have had Project Broadcast since it became available. Once I got it up and functioning I walked through one of the hardest seasons of my life, the death of my husband. Suddenly I was the only provider for my family and Project Broadcast was my main source of communication for me with my team. It was a low emotional investment that I could do even in grief. I credit Jesus and my communication with my team to part of why I was able to maintain my business during that season of hard. Just being able to serve one on one made all the difference. If you want to really connect with your team, you need Project Broadcast.

PROS

I like most that I can reach all of my client base or any segmented portion easily and quickly. I can do it on the fly or I can schedule it to go out later in minutes.

CONS

To be honest, I cannot think of anything. When I first started using it, over 5 years ago, there were no training videos and it was a little disorganized, but the team has made so many amazing updates in the last year, I am just blown away. I know it is only going to get better!

Must Have for small business communication

I have had an incredible experience in my 2+ years with PB. This has been a game changer for my business and is absolutely responsible for tens of thousands of dollars in sales for me each year. Don't know what I would do without it! Don't hesitate to jump in--your bank account will thank you!

PROS

The ease of use, incredible training materials, and responsiveness of the PB team make it the best of the best. There are so many functions that can accomplish anything I could possibly want as far as text and call is concerned with my customer base.

CONS

The most recent change in app format was an adjustment, but after getting used to it I love it!

A game changer for my business!

PROS

Project Broadcast creates huge efficiencies and automation with my business. It better allows me to work WHEN I want since I can schedule messages for appropriate times. It helps me stay on top of following up with customers, connect with them, connect with my team, and creates less work instead of more!

CONS

The only improvement I would love to see is more organization ability and folders within some of the areas of Project Broadcast. This is not holding me back from using this, but would just make things a little easier to organize templates and campaigns!

Business changing

My overall experience is amazing. Project Broadcast has completely changed my life balance within my business. I am able to effectively implement customer service in a way that I never was before. And I was able to automate chunks of my business that used to take a ton of time manually.

PROS

I love how easily I can automate the customer service portion of my business. I am able to better serve my customers across-the-board with campaigns.

CONS

That I cannot go in and look by recipient at every message I have scheduled in the future to make individual changes if they are part of campaigns

Happy customer

I love it. Customer service is always prompt in helping too.

PROS

I really like the automation and ease of using it for the cost. I can’t see going without it.

CONS

Every once in a while there will be errors in sending messages but I know it’s on the carriers not on PB.
