The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.

The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.

I can better manage my social marketing with great ease and this saves me lots of time.

However the biggest downer for me are the limited features.

Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. I have a very hectic schedule and the ease of use of Agora saves me copious amounts of precious time.

I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.

It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

I love the ease of use of the platform, the robust features that  it offers and the amazing customer support.

It's been an exciting journey with Agorapluse, I have been a user of the platform for the last 3 years and its the best platform ever, for me.

I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

I have used just about every product on the market and AgoraPulse is my favorite by far. They are always asking for user feedback and seeking to make an amazing product even better.

Agorapulse is super easy to use and I have enjoyed digging into it to further build out our social media marketing. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach.

Had good additional functions like contest support and prize winner picker, which we used quite a bit. Now they have monthly social media experiments which is awesome for real truths.

All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.

I only hope that Instagram makes edits to their API allowing for carousels to be posted through a 3rd party app like Agorapulse.

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms.

The support team is amazing and responsive, overall the system is reliable.

As an agency that specializes in real estate and works with a lot of photos, the inability to rearrange photos once uploaded for a post is a huge time suck for us.

The contenu integration of agorapulse is perfect, i can share everything with facilities.

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop.

So it's  a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I love the publish again feature and the reports. There are so many great insights in the reports that help me help my clients.

The odd feature that is not available, but this is usually a restriction by the social media platform and not Agorapulse.

Our administrators love the approvals calendar and love the platform and how easy it is to use.

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. And the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question.

Evidence pop-ups are a great CTA; to instill confidence. I really like the product and it's been beneficial for my different brands.

The ability to use their tracking script to track website users and report on them in FOMO popups is very cool, and the interface is just super slick.

The existing templates are well thought out but are limited when it comes to modifying it to your exact specs (name/location only).

It's an easy way to add social proof to your website. It's pretty customizable and comes from a solid team.

Within about 30 minutes, I had a social proof notification working perfectly. For the ease of use and attractive design, I am glad to have this as a tool to convert more website visitors.

Its hard to adjust a current campaign. You have to go to so many places to get it setup.

Evidence is the social proof tool that I settled on after trying many others. It just has the best combination of being easy to use while also having virtually every feature the others have.

This builds trust and confidence in them and they take action.

I love the simple features that Evidence provides to generate interest based on the real visitors that come to your website.

Evidence not only builds trust, it increases conversions. Integration with other apps is one of this apps greatest strengths.

Pretty easy to set up, with some good instructions - can get started quite quickly. Quite a lot of interesting features to explore and use.

This software is amazing for webinar signups. This drives more people to signup based on the total number of people engaging with the site.

Setup seems a little difficult for me as a newbie and there are some terms that are a little confusing.

Evidence ran a great LTD campaign and we found them to be the best solution for us - very cost effective but a superb quality product.

It's all incredibly intuitive and easy to set up, and is as bespoke as you need it to be for your particular use case.

I love the user interface, I like the ability they give to their customers to customize almost everything about the look and feel of the popups and alerts, the widgets looks gorgeous.

While I love the idea, implementation was delayed due to the complexity of setup.

It does what it is supposed too but is a little difficult to navigate, use and setup.

Overall the software is polished and does a good job for a good price.

The integration with WooCommerce was easy to set up and the creation of notifications is about as easy as it gets.

I really like how easy it is to integrate into my website and how awesome it is to display sign ups and purchases.

The price was also awesome as I got this on an AppSumo deal.
