Social Selling 2.0

It has been good. The CRM is relatively new-I think 18 ish months old-and the development has been very fast and very good. The tool is quite easy to both setup and use, and the socials list feed is excellent and makes it super easy to not miss posts from potential clients. So you can take nurturing to a new level.

PROS

Breakcold has most of the things things you see in most sales CRM's. But it has a few you dont see. You can use sender rotation on the emails so you can send more volume and actually hit the inbox. Then it has both Linkedin and Twitter integrations that allow you to see selected prospects inside the CRM. So you can both build a specific list and then engage from right inside the CRM instead of having to track in all down on each platform for a specific list.

CONS

The two drawbacks I can think of are minor. One is that since it integrates with LinkedIn you need to use an extension, but you need that for every single tool in existence that integrates with LinkedIn. So it is a LinkedIn thing and not a Breakcold thing. The second minor drawback is that the sales pipeline reporting could be improved/expanded. But I know that is on their roadmap and what they have works well so I don't mind it right now.

A Streamlined Sales Process From Lead to Close

Breakcold has completely transformed how our team manages leads and closes deals through an integrated set of outreach tools that nurtures leads instead annoying them.

PROS

The prospecting feed highlights quality prospects from social profiles. Direct messaging and email templates enable personalized outreach at scale. Pipeline functionality provides structure and visibility into deal stages. Activity histories offer a complete timeline of all touchpoints with prospects.

CONS

Wish the all leads list had a column to tell you which list its in.

Won me great business

Let me tell you the story of the two most important pieces of business I've won this year. One is with someone I've known for two decades and cultivated extensively over that time. They know I want their business and negotiate accordingly. The other was with someone I engaged with for about two weeks using Breakcold who then reached out to me with no sense of being sold to. There was no negotiation - I simply set my price.

PROS

Easy integration with LinkedIn. Works well for following targets. Good email integration.Very affordable.

CONS

Twitter stopped working. Logs me out fairly often.

Reason for choosing Breakcold

I thought at the price I could try Breakcold and easily switch when it didn't work with little outlay. It worked, didn't switch.

From Cold Outreach To Warm Outreach

PROS

Ability to follow prospect on Twitter (now X) and Linkedin before reaching out is a game changer. It helps me build rapport and increase the chance of being accepted tremendously.

CONS

Unlike many other outreach tools in the market, Breakcold is quite unique and stand in it's own class. Hence, it comes with some learning curve that one must overcome before becoming proficient.

Great Tool

It has helped me grow my LinkedIn contacts in an organic way with the right leads. Exactly what I was looking for. I still haven’t started using the cold emails feature. But it’s a great bonus.

PROS

There aren’t many (or any) other tools that help you nurture your LinkedIn leads without risking going to LinkedIn jail. This is not a tool for automation, but a tool to help you nurture contacts for real.

CONS

The system has had some instabilities but [sensitive content hidden] and the team had been champions to solve it ASAP. For me having the support is priceless.

Reason for choosing Breakcold

Because I didn’t want to risk getting banned by LinkedIn by using automation tools.
