Has become an integral business tool for our company
Very easy and quick set up. We get great support from the staff at Clearooms. It is very intuitive and easy to use for those administrating and using.
PROSClearooms was simple to set up and train our employees on. All the employees bought into it and manage it themselves now. We have had an office move and changed to a new floor plan which was very easy to change. I liked the cost per desk structure as a pose to cost per user. This seems more sensible pricing.
CONSThere isn't anything I don't like - clearooms is excellent
Reason for choosing Clearooms
Price structure and easy of use. Pricing done by desk not user. This make more sense as you can sometimes only have a few people working in the office.

Easy to book desk only a few ticks away, email verification is also sent

Great product, great value
Excellent. Highly recommend. Can't really say too much negative about the company.
PROSVery easy to use, very helpful customer support and easy to make changes; adding/removing staff, reporting, overview, data export etc.
CONSNothing really. Even when I've pointed out bugs to the Clearooms team, they've fixed within a few hours or days.

Great price, easy and simple to use. The UI and UX are exactly what our business needed, nothing overly complex for a medium sized company with 1 office.

The setup process was super easy and all of our users adopted clearooms with minimal instruction or direction from the IT team.
PROSSuper easy to use and deploy. It has been vital to us implementing our hot desking and flexible office working policies
CONSI would prefer more control over the frequency and type of reminder notifications to ensure our users do not forget to check into their booked desks

Clear Rooms for Meeting Room Scheduling
Cheap, cheerful, good support and it's so easy to get set up and for the consultant to use.
CONSCould do with ability to adjust how the system works, perhaps some additional white labelling but not too fussed about it.

CONSWould like to be able to notify certain people based on what department needs to be notified and had to create distribution groups instead

Clearooms
Customer service has been exceptional, any help and advice we have needed has been received almost immediately. It was very simple and straightforward to set up and was quickly implemented with no fuss.
PROSIt is very simple to use, setup and amend features and it is visually clear and well set out.
CONSThere have been no aspects so far that we have not liked.

We chose Clearooms because they offered a monthly package as an alternative to an annual package. Other companies we had spoken to did not offer the monthly package. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was great in explaining the product and answering our many questions we sent him.

A very helpful and useful booking system
Clearooms is a key part of CloudPay's process for using the office and is mandatory fro people to use before using the office.
PROSThe product is itself very useful and is used as a necessity by a lot of CloudPay employees before coming to the office. it is a mandatory requirement. It is very user friendly and useful for reports usage. Updates are improving it as well recently being able to add an individual to multiple groups is helpful
CONSI have shared some areas of improvement, mainly being able to book certain days for specific teams or individuals and then the other days for anyone to use

efficient and user friendly software
fresh user friendly and a genuie good idea.
PROSthe ease of use, the ability to stop too many people turning up looking for desks at once. the ability to book desks from anywhere and at any time
CONSthe restrcition on 30 day lookahead. not sure if this customisable. i am trying to plan 3 months of office time against home working - would be nice if it could extend the durations

Easy Booking
It was used to keep a distance between desks during Covid and has continued due to the ease of using it.
PROSI like the simple easy way that my team can book their desks and the I can book a meeting room.
CONSMaybe be able to book a month in advance, but really it is just perfect as it is..

Desk Booking
Clearoom resolved the issue of lack of physical desk space for our firm, in an easy to use products that end users just uses and never mentions, which for me is ideal.
PROSThe support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.
CONSI have not received any negative feedback regarding this software.

Excellent tool for my working day.
PROSThis is very helpful to decipher who is in each office and where to plan my week. If there are a lot of people in situ I would always come in, if very quiet I can decide to WFM

Good - serves its purpose

CONSThis form could do with improving... not all questions are relevant to me (or clear what is required of me) based on mm user type. E.g. I'm not the admin, so cannot comment on the price! There's no option to even say N/A.

Easy to use and ideal for flexible working
We started using clearooms post lockdowns when we started to move to a flexible working solution. It is a simple way to check when team members are likely to be in the office, and to book your work space.
CONSThere is nothing that I could personally improve here - its easy to use from a user point of view.

Fantastic and Easy to Use
Fantastic Software. Would recommend to anyone with remote workers
PROSI love Clearooms, its so easy and user friendly. I can see in advance who is in the office and if/when there is space long before I am due. Fantastic product throughout the pandemic and just as useful today

Simple and easy to use
Works well with an SSO so no need for passwords etc and the app is good too. never had any problems with it
PROSEasy to book a desk in a hot-desking office
CONSCan't go back in time to see who was sitting on the desk on previous days

Incredibly easy to use, convenient
The ease of interface, clear indication of availability and quick booking feature with acknowledgement, makes hot desking, so much easier. Also helps encourage 'planning' the trip to office better rather than turning up without following the booking procedure.
