Recruiterflow tries harder!
Had an **excellent** customer support call with [sensitive content hidden] who came on video with me to troubleshoot a minor issue but also asked about routine ways I was using Rf. He updated my import function so we're able to add candidates more quickly. We also went thru one of my Advanced Searches to see how it could be made better/more accurate. SUPER HELPFUL!
PROSRecruiterflow works really hard to earn your business. +Product Updates: They solicit feedback on making product better and quickly turnaround product updates. For example, recently introduced new text feature in campaigns. +Customer Support: We speak with a real person, not a bot, every single time. We don't have to file a help ticket or wait for a call back, as I often did with Salesforce. Recruiterflow is a growing company with everyone invested in the success of the product and their clients. They're really interested in problem solving. I hope this never changes!
CONSI wish they had a pricing option for groups vs. seats. Or lower cost for each additional user.
Reason for choosing Recruiterflow
Intuitive interfaceBuilt-in email automationDirect integration with the other tools we use Everything we need w/o a lot of complexity
Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

Excellent system, better Customer Service
It really is an excellent product, but whats impressed me most is their people. The sales team were passionate and truly understood the product, which really wasn't the case when I got the pitches from other ATS/CRM systems. Further, the customer support once in are caring and really excellent at their job. I've been in Recruitment for 15 years and this is the best ATS I've used in terms of People support, and their product is one of the best as well.
CONSSome small workflow changes could be made that aren't a big problem, it's just a 9/10 experience rather than a 10/10, I'm being critical. I feel like the kinks will be ironed out in time.
Reason for choosing Recruiterflow
The sales people + product itself where the best I saw.

CONSTheir support completely sucks. It didn't used to be this way. The software is way too glitchy and they refuse to take accountability for it and they blame the customer. I had such a good start and what i thought rapport with them...well now I see them for what they are. I would strongly advise you to find a more established software. We are already looking for another vendor.

I recommend RecruiterFlow
Very good allrounder. Intuitive product easy to learn and train on, with great services levels.
PROSRF is on of the best priced products in the market for the market. If you're starting a new agency this is definitely a platform to consider.
CONSThere are really no drawbacks, it does what it says on the tin.
Reason for choosing Recruiterflow
Functionality and price point were my main considerations.
Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow
I found Loxo to be over priced. It's a stacked platform, which is great if you're not techie and want an integrated product. However, they're not a leader in any one for the functions stacked, so you will find better platforms at better price points if you spend a little time considering you're core needs.

A simple tool with enormous potential
A simple tool with enormous potential, where you just need to turn a blind eye to minor flaws.
PROSCrucial for us is the integration with Linkedin Recruiter, RF has proven to have the easiest way to get data. At the same time, the open API and minimal risk of locking our data with the ATS provider is important to us.
CONSI'm surprised at the little things RF developers think about, but some things they don't keep track of: the list of key technologies, exporting only excel data, not CSV, basic candidate search, or the lack of a matching system.

Recruiterflow is an Outstanding Recruiting Tool - Customizable, Functional, Affordable
Our experience with Recruiterflow has changed our business for the better. The system provides several key benefits for us, but below are two that come to mind: First, the customizations and process automation features save a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on impactful recruiting activities with clients and candidates. Secondly, the system provides structure as team members move from one project to another, and it gives us an at-a-glance "where are we on X" awareness that helps us set priorities and take impactful action.
PROSRecruiterflow is an outstanding recruiting tool that provides great customizability, overall functionality, process automation and time-saving features – all at a fantastic price point. The customer support is beyond anything I’ve experienced (personal emails from the founder?) and the tool delivers everything it promises…and perhaps a bit more. Customizability is key for us. Have you used one of the "big systems" and wanted to add your own applicant/candidate stages or other changes to fit your workflow? So, how’d that work out for you? Recruiterflow enables users to add and label whatever stages fit YOUR unique process, and to move candidates seamlessly from one stage to the next. Rather than having to let your team know that the hard-coded status “interview pending” really means “Bob’s reviewing them”, you can literally set up a status labeled “Bob’s Reviewing”, or whatever you like. Yes, you can configure different status settings for each position. That’s not all. The act of moving a candidate from one stage to the next can be configured to trigger a customized action. This is a much bigger deal than it sounds – the impact is huge. Example: Recruiterflow allows us to move unqualified applicants to the “declined” stage at first review, but the system doesn’t send out our (customized, of course) thanks-but-no-thanks email until (3 days, 4 hours, 2 weeks, your call) later. Bottom line, this becomes YOUR recruiting software that fits YOUR process.
CONSWell, nothing really - it's a great tool, seriously. For credibility's sake, I suppose something must be listed here. Not a con, really, but making the system "yours" does take some investment of time up front. But that investment is paid back many fold when using the system over time. Hey, it's not required - the system is fully operational in the base configuration with virtually no customization, if you prefer. They're working constantly on updates (and send out routine summaries of updated/new features), and I'm looking forward to the addition of in-system SMS messaging in the near future.

Feedback RF
Recruiterflow offers automation capabilities that save recruiters significant time and effort. Users can automate tasks such as sending follow-up emails, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate statuses. By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, recruiters can focus on higher-value activities like candidate engagement, building relationships, and evaluating candidates, ultimately improving their overall efficiency. Having all candidate information in one place allows recruiters to access resumes, contact details, interview feedback, and communication history with ease. This centralized database eliminates the need for manual tracking and reduces the chances of missing important candidate details, resulting in more effective and efficient candidate management.
CONSWhile Recruiterflow allows some level of customization, users might find certain limitations in tailoring the platform to their unique needs and workflows. Some users may have specific requirements or preferences that cannot be accommodated within the existing customization options, leading to compromises in their desired processes or workflows. Recruiterflow integrates with several third-party applications and platforms, but there may be limitations or gaps in terms of specific integrations that some users require. If a user heavily relies on certain tools or systems that do not seamlessly integrate with Recruiterflow, it could be a source of frustration and additional manual work.

Always evolving and on hand to help
Creating automations that help save huge amounts of admin time
PROSWe found Recruiterflow very easy to introduce to our team, and those that are not tech savvy have embraced it. We've been able to customise most of the automation we need to make our lives so much easier; and when the system doesn't do something we're able to speak to support/our account manager to work out a workaround and make suggestions for new features, several of which have been turned around quickly. We love the fact that the product is always improving as it helps us to improve our processes too.
CONSWe have found that the reporting doesn't quite bring up what we need in our business, so we've created some work arounds for this.

Good CRM but could be a bit more user-friendly
I am overall pretty happy with recruiterflow but I wish I could modify campaign statuses and existing profiles through the extension
PROSI like the fact that I can track jobs and candidates, the chatgpt addition for emails and job adverts, and all the automated processes that make the job easier.
CONSYou can't modify campaign status from the extension. For example, you can't stop a campaign or remove someone from it on the extension, you need to go to the profile page. When a profile already exists, you can't just update the existing profile on the extension (except occasionally if the email found is the same). You need to search for them on the web page and update them manually. You can't bulk unsubscribe people from a specific company. Sometimes the search bar doesn't immediately find people after inputting their phone number or email. Sometimes the chrome extension doesn't open. It can be difficult to track candidates on a job on one when it's in "list" mode, and to move from one candidate to the other, because the back and forth arrows are not available.

Review Recruiterflow
I always liked the cusotmer service and the speed for an issue to get resolved. In general never took more then 24 hrs to solve an emerging issue, and if it could not be solved, I would get at least a message/ email that the issue is beeing worked on. I guess that is the reason I have given before maximum rating to the platform.
PROSThe product integration it is easy to use, user interface seems a bit complicated in the beginning, but once you get used to it and learn to use it it works very well. To this day there are many features that I do not use on daily basis. Overall a very good product.
CONSI have one bruning issue, right from the begining and even though I have suggested through my emails, several times, it is still not implemented. That would be to have an automated refresh of job posts, or at least a button that allows you to refresh the job/jobs. At the moment, to refresh the job, one must go to the job close it manually and re-open the job (which dissapears if you have setting to "all open jobs") it its just annoying.
