The best thing about Abuzz is the deals section. It gives you information about different deals on campus or in the area and it allows you to save money as a broke college student.

Every time we have a question on the administrative side of things, they do whatever they can to help. They are also so helpful in helping us brainstorm ideas for events and engagement tools.

The marketplace feature is also very nice especially for college students.

I don’t like how it is confusing to join communities.

Abuzz was a good source of information about what was going on campus.

The chats are within so many sub menus that they are difficult to access.

Abuzz has a horribly confusing user interface and user experience. Everything is very hard to find and do.

The app could be difficult to navigate, and there were times when features just didn't work.

What I like most about Abuzz is that it connects everyone together and its an easy way to get important information around quick.

It is a good platform to inform students of events of campus.

Knowing what’s up with the school. Very friendly for students and opportunities on campus.

The group chat, way too disorganized and there was no way to follow any conversation.

For example, the settings menu, notifications, uploading photos, typing large messages, and various links within the app where very hit or miss.

I liked the deals that companies could post. It helped me save money.

There were also some nice features such as being able to private message users and sell items.

Abuzz is an innovative tool to bring a sense of community back to college campuses post-COVID. It makes it super easy to spread information campus wide, without the hassle of posting physical flyers.

I did not like being shadow banned for a mistake on Abuzz’s part. There was no moderation on discussion forums and I believe there still is not.

There aren't any features that are hard to use.

I liked how Abuzz allowed me to connect with my campus community quickly.

Because of the amount of people using abuzz the chats can get annoying.

Frustrating because of the missed potential for both parties.

The best feature is the activity feed. This is huge for our first-years on campus to get a leg up and stay active on campus early on in their journey.

Some of the notifications get annoying when I am thrown into random group chats with people I don't know.

Abuzz has been super easy to use, especially for a new student in a new area. It helped me navigate through the school semester as well as through different events around campus and the community.

It would be very frustrating when the app would seemingly crash for no reason and all the progress you made when trying to type up a post or message would be lost.

The biggest complaint I have is how unreliable and limited the software is at times.

They can choose to monitor or restrict Chromebooks. We use GoGuardian Admin to monitor Smart Alerts and track lost Chromebooks.

Customer support is well-trained, knowledgable, and empathetic. They have always helped me very quickly and competently.

I love that this is a free app that I gives me the ability to work at my desk and keep an eye on what my students are doing on their chromebooks.

I can record every students' activity and have it set up to do so automatically. Very easy to use even without training.

GoGuardian Teacher has been a great product and is loved by our teachers.

I love that I am able to view everything my students are doing. I love that I have the control and ability to close out any tabs which should not be open at a given time.

Some of the features are harder to set up for staff and often times kids screens will time out on the teacher's display for seemingly no reason.

Being able to send an announcement to all of my students at once is great when my class blocks end. I also LOVE the new features GoGuardian has created: audio calls and presentation mode.

Occasionally it will block a site we need our students on but it is a quick fix.

Great customer support as well, the CSRs are very friendly and helpful.

They allow me to control my virtual students in one quick click rather than going one by one.

This causes users to have to jump between old and new to manage the software which is a bit of an inconvenience.

I enjoy the ease of access and the ability to use the software with the huge community for support.

We have been able to assist students if they are stuck during instruction. We are able to guide the students to get to the correct website or app on their Chromebook.

The ability to apply Scenes to regulate how much freedom students have in their browsing really helps class time to be used efficiently.

GoGuardian has been amazing as a tool in my classroom.

GoGuardian has fantastic customer service. They are quick to answer and help - and always knowledgeable.

I think my favorite pro that is now a part of this software, is the ability to quickly add a website that a student is viewing to a blocked list for that specific scene.

They have already been sued by the aclu and others for privacy violations, they need to quit messing with our children.
