We have never been let down by a failure in Class Reach and gladly continue to use it.

It is awkward to not be able to see the whole class when entering grades. Also for attendance, etc.

ClassReach has awesome customer service and is always working to improve their product. We have been super happy with it compared to other systems we have used in the past.

As the administrator, the ease to which the forms can be created is amazing.

We love the basic set up of CR, and we appreciate the various options we’re given to customize what’s best for our families.

I like the user interface; it's clean, attractive, and easy to learn.

All the steps make sense and you usually don't have to ask for help to figure out how to do something. Students love being able to login and see their attendance and grades.

The functionality from the teacher perspective is that it's confusing and difficult to adjust settings to personal preference.

We have been using ClassReach for almost six years, and have been very pleased with the software. It has been a fantastic school management software for our University-Model School.

This has been a great blessing. We have been given excellent customer service, and will continue to use ClassReach as our school grows.

There's no smartphone app. This limits family interaction.

The ease of receiving help and requesting new features. The product is pretty user friendly and new features are always coming out.

Difficult to use for some tasks, minimal functionality for larger schools.

Sometimes the messaging boxes can be a bit buggy -- not playing well with mobile devices, formatting, or copy-paste from other sources.

They have already improved many features since we've been using their program, and the customer service has been wonderful.

I struggle with knowing how to do all the things I want to do.

Working with Class Reach has been a pleasant experience. They are fairly priced and the team is easy to work with.

We like the combination of messaging, calendar, assignments, and gradebook all in one place. The price is definitely right.

That we can't upload more than 5 photos per time. And it has limited space.

We have the ability to add new features. The virtual classroom feature is brilliant and it was added on time.

No notification  appears on the mobile that i have a msg.

So it's really hard to have many accounts to access.

No copy assignment option available which will meke the time consumed to create assignments much less, and the colors are harsh.

I have a problem in registering upgradable marks.all the marks that i have to-put it has to be calculated at the end of the year.
