The small screens within the dialer throws people off sometimes. The CRM system is a bit confusing at times.

Ver efficient, ease of use and easy to maintain. The support staff is great and my rep is one of a kind, in a world of it's own.

Maybe add a feature that allows the manager to change the host/user on demand because you probably don't control user on x-lite.

If you are using soft phones don't run a lot of other software and keep your computers free of spyware or viruses. A busy or poorly running computer will also destroy call quality.

A few years ago we had problems with calls breaking up, but they have since fixed the problem.
