I love having the ability to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and also the feature that tracks opens and clicks on the campaigns I send so I can see how effective my email are.

I made a couple mistakes setting up the emails to be sent out on subsequent days but they were all my mistakes.

Then you only need a paid plan after you cross a significant threshold. The customer service for the free tier is outstanding, with responsive, intelligent replies to emails sent.

This is the worst and most deceptive company I've ever experienced in the email marketing world.

There are some of the build-in template are not properly design and we have wasting hours of our time trying to editing a broken template. In the end, we just working on other template.

SendInBlue is easy to use and has superb functionality. You can import email address with ease.

The experience was concerning enough that I want to go some effort to warn others. This is a terrible service for small businesses on a budget.

I have tried lots of platforms, and Sendinblue has a great automation feature and also the greatest thing about it is the lead base, 120.000 contacts its perfect and for the price is even better.

The transactional emails are getting to their destinations. The free trial period is a great test, and having a free level makes this great for very small organizations.

Ability to upload own HTML files and connecting with an SMTP makes it equally good enough as an email marketing tool. Ability to apply for AMP with Google directly from Mailmodo.

I did need to contact their customer support twice to get 121 help with using their API with general webhooks. Once we figured out how to get personalisation fields in, it worked fine.

Everything worked as I expected. There are some integrations I am missing, but those are coming in a future update.

Overall it's a good experience. The team is really helpful and is willing to do things to improve their customer's experience.
