value for money & the features are user friendly. hence the most important for me was the supported given by Enginemailer support team to expedite my campaign launch.

PROS

Any new solution that you first start to use you need a human support apart from just a read documents support. in that way Enginemailer support team scores the highest for their support compared to any other email platform provides that I have come across.

CONS

Enginemailer need to allow the usage of Zapier for integration. and need to improve on the design features. the designing options can be improved.

Very good. One of the best email marketing.

so far so good. love the price, simplicity. need more function like whatsapp blaster and sms marketing. need update the email content template frequently.

PROS

The most i like because it cheap and not charge customer by quantity.

CONS

-notification contact database late notified on email -content email marketing less, not update and need more up-to-date content. -the sending was late receive to the database when email blasting -need more integration API or with Zapier so that enginemailer will functionable

A Fantastic Team With An Excellent System

EngineMailer is extremely impressive from the customer service all the way to their support team! Upon signing up, they assisted us in ensuring that our campaign is done with promptness and excellent responsiveness. Kudos to the team and here goes to show that we as Malaysians have world-class organizations like MailerEngine around! Even the results of its deliverability is worth the investment and genuinely effective. Thank you for the wonderful work you guys are doing. Keep it up! Very impressed to say the least!

PROS

The interface, the usability are very smooth and easy to operate. The template editor is very easy to use with a lot of modern and great designs. The analytic report is also very informative and it greatly provides us with insights that are vital.

CONS

None. There was nothing not to like about it.

The package offered was far more impressive at the right price point. The support also played a vital role for us and upon looking at their website, clearly their team expressed warmness; friendliness and undeniably that has proven to be true!

The best one so far!

Enginemailer has helped us to reach out to our startup ecosystem easier and faster. Being a government agency, we need to amplify and showcase our offerings to the community. It's nice to have a startup like Enginemailer supporting the government to further help elevate and create a vibrant ecosystem for Malaysian entrepreneurs.

PROS

Ease of use and functionality, navigation and the UX/UI are excellent and easy to understand. Competitive pricing compared to other platforms. I also appreciate that they are one of its kind hailing from Asia and competing with Mailchimps of the world.

CONS

Past reports for more than 90 days should be made available, if not on the platform then maybe by request. Other than that, nothing much.

Mailchimp's UI/UX and their functionality are disorganized. Hard to understand and navigate through their platform.

Great features with affordable price for SMEs

I managed to cut down on cost and time in crafting and delivering my email campaign which is a great plus for SME like myself. The ease of use reduces the learning curve and I am able to do everything myself without hiring an expert

PROS

I love the email cleaning features where it helps to clean up invalid emails to help increase email deliverability and domain reputation. Price is very affordable compared to bigger brands. When sending emails, it allows me to select only 'Active' users, meaning users that are actively receiving and engaging with my past emails which is a time-saver.

CONS

Lack of templates so hope they can provide more templates in the future

The easy-to-use functionality for our EDMs, as well as our API integration.

CONS

We've not currently faced much difficulties to note: as any issues we've raised prior were either resolved via their customer support/helpdesk + support site https://enginemailer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, or via their content blogs @ https://www.enginemailer.com/blog. Recommend reaching out to their friendly team should a need arises.

Enginemailer User Experience Feedback (Habib Jewels)

The overall experience so far was good, smooth and easy to navigate and understand the system.

PROS

The features that are quite impactful are the Drag and Drop Editor to create the Email Content, thus making it quite easy to navigate and the Report Analytics on the Real Time Reporting.

CONS

Pertaining to the Google Analytics features, I hope there will be a specific GA for each campaigns to tracks sales from the links attached inside.

The provided features and the price are reasonable.

Reasons for switching to Enginemailer

The overall sytem and user experience on the previous system provider were not user-friendly, quite outdated and didn't provide much on the features to navigate the system to full maximum.

The "Must-have" For Email Marketing

The overall experience has been great! It is easy to use, no hassle and in less than 10 minutes, the email campaign is set up and ready to go. The step by step process of setting up makes it easy to understand and quicken the pace for a campaign to be set up.

PROS

This software makes it easy to use, have lots of templates and most important of all it gives free 10,000 email every month for life!

CONS

This is not a "Con" but the desired feature that we wish to see in Enginemailer. We wish there would be an easier way to reuse the same emailer for another time without the need to create a new campaign. Sometimes, we have customers that asked us to resend the email again and we have to set up a new campaign even if it is for one or two persons. We wished that there would be an easier way for that.

Start email marketing with this free platform, no hidden features

PROS

- Pricing: The entry level plan for new subscribers is free, with 10,000 emails per month. Features are all available to everyone no matter which plan you choose - Low learning curve: From creating my first email campaign, to creating an online sign-up form for lead gen, the flows are intuitive. It doesn't take much effort to get what you want from using the platform. Knowledge base also comes with more than sufficient guide on using the platform - Autoresponder: Though it's still in beta stage, it works. I can now send series of email campaigns for drip marketing

CONS

- Lacking landing page creation. - Though the entry level free forever plan provide you 10,000 emails per month, it is capped at 500 emails per day. I guess it's to minimise spammers taking advantage signing up for free plans - Lacking 3rd party integration. For example integrating to e-commerce, CMS or other CRM platform

Fast, easy and reliable

I always had to pay money to create and blast an email to my customers. Now I can do it at a minimal cost myself.

PROS

I love the easy to use functions especially how intuitive the process is. I have no technical background but today I created an email greeting for my audience. I also love the readily available templates. Makes it easier for beginners like me. I also appreciate the customer support. Efficient and effective.

CONS

It exceeds my expectation so far. Hopefully it will stay that way.

The perfect solution for all SMEs

Every SME should be able to use this without any issues. SIMPLE & EASY. Great team with a wonderful product.

PROS

It's very user friendly and don't need much help executing any email campaign at all. After a few tries, then it's super easy to use.

CONS

The only issue faced is the loading picture part. Where we can only upload one each time. Would be great if can be multiple upload.

Simple and efficient

Its super reliable and offers lots of free & attractive templates; excellent Contacts & Database Management with detailed reporting.

CONS

The pricing packages or plans are based on "monthly" basis and whilst its flexible to be upgraded/downgraded anytime; would be fantastic if the plans can be customized to allow "quarterly or yearly" basis as the usages are usually not fixed on monthly basis.

Easy to Use

I have been building and sending out a couple of customised targeted email campaigns using their easy-to-use drag-and-drop interfaces, it's content creation made easy. I also like that I can segment the subscriber lists to target email sends and view and manage subscriber responses. Overall, it has been a great experience for me and I will not hesitate to recommend it to others for email marketing purposes.

PROS

I like the personalised human touch from the Customer Success Team. Also, i'm taking the free one as I don't have that big a database to send out at the moment.

CONS

I haven't explored other options available as what I need now is sufficient.

I have to admit that as someone who is not technology savvy, I was initially quite reluctant to use email marketing tools. However, thanks to Enginemailer’s Customer Success Team who were always there to guide me throughout my learning journey.

Initially was confused with the setup and how to get started but thanks to excellent customer support , I was guided through it and am now a regular user of the system. Regularly updating our database with our newsletter now.

CONS

A little confusing for set up initially . Also, need more follow up guide and lessons on how to retarget, strategize and move our email marketing to the next level.

Great platform and surprisingly more effective than MailChimp!

It's been great so far and hope the company can continue to maintain it's stellar customer experience team as they scale.

PROS

Free trial for 10,000 emails a month was the hook. Their stellar customer service is what retained me. Their features are quite intuitive and it was easy to make the transition from MailChimp.

CONS

I think that pricing could be more competitive for the second and third-tier product. With MailChimp, I have a limit of 50,000 contacts for $10 package.
