I have been using kigo  for years and I stoped using it no because it’s bad, just because it’s a pain when it blocks and you need to keep restarting.

The first mistake was in July and I cancelled my License with them in October because they didn't solve the problem and I'm still waiting for the correction.

Lack of English speaking staff makes for difficult assistance. Terrible value for money and no guarantee of features being sold.

The calendar is helpful. I am just typing now because of minimum characters.

I was so frustrated I almost walked away from the program. We were one of the early adopters and there were endless teething problems and very little in the way of support materials.

Very nice and functional service, helps us to regulate the prices and availability of out properties on a lot of websites like booking, airbnb, onlyapartments, roomorama etc.

The Airbnb integration was plagued by issues such as poorly sized photographs due to a kigo error.

No channel connection with Expedia, which alone will cost this property thousands in lost bookings. Website changes are slow to show up because of the way that they cache the files.

I feel really bad for the support team that actually try to provide a good service because their co-workers are the ones that makes their life difficult.

The lack of interface with Vacation Rental Interfaces as for Airbnb, Tripadvisor etc.

Many of the functions are easy to learn, or teach to new employees.

They had the great idea of connecting agencies to boost networking, it works, it's a huge potential of growth, and it is something don't think others do.

Their development system speed is fantastic so even if there are small gaps in the whole system they quickly fill them with great idears.

The quality of the website and the poor display of the photos online. All the photos online are not display as original size and quality and give a very poor basic kigo website.

The frontline customer teams at Kigo today are far more informed and have a respectable understanding of our business needs. Great job Kigo with 2nd chances and the amazing turnaround.

I have been in Vacation Rentals for 30+ years, worked in many softwares and Kigo is by far the quickest and easiest to learn and teach someone to navigate to get daily task completed.

It is 100 % geared for vacation rental. Software is relatively young but improves fast, listening to customer needs and implementing solutions that best fit the way to work of most of them.

I have been using this software for 5 years and always appreciated the ease of use and the stable connection it has with a vast number of OTA's and distributors.

We will of course fight it, but I should have listened to the numerous negative reviews for Kigo.

Horrible support, I've dozens of tickets open for weeks without answer or sometimes, i receive an answer after 1 week asking if i still have my issue  OF COURSE i still have it if no one work on it.

A great platform for the ease of calendar linking. Recently I have noticed an increase in customer service within the company, offering users more advice and help with the applications.

PRODUCT IS PRETTY EASY TO USE AND FITS OUR NEEDS WELL.

The reporting functions are EXTREMELY limited, we only have 19 rooms and i have to compile multiple reports just to compare year to date revenue.

Horrible customer service, international call cetner that is never open and only follows script. You might as well use their non human chat function.

There are customers who have caused damages, etc. who we do not want back and we currently have no way to quickly search this, especially with multiple records from the same customer.

Very positive, the software generally suits all our needs as a small property and the support team is always very helpful.

I cannot double book a room and customer service is excellent very patient even with a non computer geek like me.

The update calendar is terrible. I specifically signed up with Little Hotelier because it was different.

Poorly run and seems impossible to get to speak to anyone at LH. Problems with refunds last year and this year simply stopped forwarding funds so had over £25000 trapped in their system.

We travel in blindness unless we dedicate lots of time in the process of verifying things. And at times we get a scam of guests who never really paid a penny.

Requests for compensation for loss of business and loss of reputation due to double bookings caused by Little Hotleier were ignored.

No alerts are sent when there is a problem that can potentially affect a number users. Therefore you don't know if its your problem or a overall problem.

The integration and change was so simple and the support from Little Hotelier was amazing. The Reports section is so helpful with the day to day accounting.

We are doing this manually and it is working fine but integration with the software would be extremely great and save errors when reconciling.

I find it hard to make a reservation on the mobile phone when I am out.

Excellent Channel Manager software, and Payment software, integrated with booking calendar in Front Desk. Unbelievably friendly and helpful  customer support and training video resources.

Excellent Customer Service and easy to use site.

The sales staff are bad, they will sell anything to you by talking rubbish and making up fibs.

Superb training and help in understanding the system, developing it, using it.

It is very user friendly and packed with features at a good price.

Helps on a daily basis to update and keep track of the rooms I have booked on my property without the need to invest in expensive software that gets outdated easily.
