Our overall experience with Immerss is very good. [sensitive content hidden] from the Immerss team are very helpful and always available and on it if we have any issues.

PROS

I think the video feature is the best part and impressive to the clients. The clients love the face to face contact and our conversion when using the video feature is very good.

CONS

We are unable to track some of our sales volume. If the client switches devices before ordering we don't get credit for the sale.
