Good, i've made a handful of videos with them. I had a problem with the latest, but it was handled by CS and fixed by the end of the day.

It's pretty simple to use, there's plenty to choose from and the results look professional. The price point has crept up a little, but as a one off from time to time, it's worth keeping your intros and explainers fresh. Also, i'm yet to come across another person in the wild who has used the same template as me, and i've made a handful now. It's easy to cancel your subscription without jumping through hoops and private e-mails like a lot of retail companies that offer subscription services.

It can be a little slow and eat your memory. And on subscriptions, if you've got a one off tier, you may as well make it a one off payment rather than subscription service. Subscriptions when you don't want one will put people off if they're not familiar with the ease of cancelling.

The point of videobolt to me is SAVING TIME. I have no time to edit videos, and this is so important.

It saves me a lot of time and the graphics are awesome! In just a few clics you get an attractive personalized video!

The price (being in Argentina) is not affordable to me. I'd love to get a yearly plan but I simply can't afford it. So I opt to pay per video now.

They have really poor customer service skills. I filed a complaint about the fact that I wasn't able to access my billing and account info prior to my subscription renewal - so couldn't see when my next billing date was, let alone cancel the subscription. I sent video evidence of the issue and they blamed me for not getting in touch sooner, in order to inform them of the issue and cancel my subscription in time!

Used mainly for logo's Cons: They charged me even though I did not want to continue the subscription.

That they don't care about their customers. I had to file a complaint against them and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

What I appreciate most about VideoBolt is the extensive template library. The plethora of options and choice of styles are incredibly impressive, allowing you to create a video that is perfectly tailored to your specific project. The fact that I can include my logo and the animations look professional, it helps set my videos apart when compared to a lot of my competitors. I like that I can just save the file and insert it into my video editing software. Its super easy.

I wish there was more customization on some of the templates, but overall I really like your setup. I don't like waiting for my video to process, I would say that is my biggest complaint (although it really doesn't bother me much).

I don't like that there is not a mobile app or platform. Because of that, I switched over to the inshot app. I lose the high quality templates, but it's easy to use from my phone

There's nothing to say except it's a MUST HAVE for any freelancer or company.

Everything about this software is by far a winner and my company will be using this software forever.

At first, the pricing wasn't in our budget but quickly paid for itself.

What I dislike most about it is the fact that none of their content is commercial meaning I can't necessarily turn around and sell it to other people which is kind of a downfall but still personal use if that's what you're looking for this is what you're after

There are really no cons. I just wish there was a bit more flexibility with certain templates when it comes to having a track title and author or not, sizing those elements and the ability to add a logo. Most had what I wanted a few had some limitations.

I have had so many compliment with the videos I have made with Videobolt for my podcast and my novels. I make video bumpers, trailers, promos, holiday videos and intros as well as outros. I would be lost, at this point, without Videobolt.

The interface on Videobolt is far easier to use than other video makers. Not only does each template look great and grab your attention as the author's intended them, they are easily personalized.

There isn't really anything I don't like about Videobolt because the one thing that I would have stated as a least like would have been that the rendering of my videos took a few minutes. Videobolt has speeded up that rendering time!

Cloud based rendering for 4K (1 gig files) is phenomenal. There is no way I could achieve these results as quickly, or at all just using After Effects without huge libraries of expensive 3 D plugins.

Being able to go back into rendered projects to customize them can be tricky.

As I am a lone creator, I have neither the time to learn how to create this content myself nor the money to pay a professional to create one for me. It could have content updated more often. Lacks the ability to delete a video and reclaim purchased credits, if you make an error, it seems like you're wasting a credit.

I think I will continue to use video bolt, but I don't think I am going to be able to make full use of my yearly plan, which in turn means I did end up wasting money. I still will have plenty of credits left over, cuz I don't know what to do with them.

I like the fact that videobolt had a yearly option that had certain features that fit better to my video making needs vs render forest, which was more limited. I appreciate that it helps save me tons of time instead of putting together a music video.

The biggest thing that I did not like is I ran into a lot of copyright issues with uploading my music video beat visualizers to Instagram and Facebook. I really think video bolt needs to seriously take a look at that and take care of that issue. It's very frustrating when I own the rights to my song/video, but someone else who has used the same beat visualizer but is claiming complete ownership rights over the video material, even though I own rights to my own individual beat visualizer video.

DO NOT SIGN UP. They lie about how many credits you get and do not make it clear. State a MONTHLY price and display YEARLY credits to make it look like you get that amount of credits per month but its per year. They mislead you and they know they do as they wont write (per year) next to the credits because they know people wont buy it. Then when you complain they don't listen and lie to Paypal when trying to get refund. DO NOT BUY. Not nice people to deal with at all. They could learn a thing or two from people like Apple and Amazon as their customer service is non existent. Con artists.

As someone with not that much money to spend, it is a bit costly. Not something for weekly use, but for a one time video render, like an intro.

Not everything within this package is very usable. It has a few cool animations but it seems to be so limited on purpose and you end up having to use the same few animations for everything while leaving virtually 70% of the catalog rendered useless.

I was able to provide some unique marketing videos to clients that I had, as well as create some great marketing videos for my own company.

It has a lot of template options and the ability to modify the templates to fit my needs is relatively high.

It can be very slow to use, and takes up a lot of memory on the computer while using it, works best in a chrome browser.
