I love the cocktail roulette wheel thing at the beginning, to meet new people. The randomness is fun, the UI is great.

The UI is atrocious and harkens back to 2010 or so with giant ineffective buttons. A lot of it just doesn't make sense in how it's layed out.

Good choice for event support. Something to consider if LD metrics aren't top priority.

This is more appropriate for a happy hour or open mike session, and for that, it works surprisingly well.

RTW was an affordable virtual event platform that allowed for added fun features. The learning curve was low, and customer service was responsive and somewhat helpful.

The only thing that is a bit annoying is having to switch between sessions if you're doing a multi-session event.

It's intuitive and easy to navigate, and the audience features make it fun to interact with panelists. The cocktail party feature is by far the most fun feature on the platform.

I'm pretty sure they have solved some of these problems. The  customer support was helpful, however there were certain product limitations that could not be overcome.

While zoom has been a very good and solid platform (which I still use) and breakout rooms have improved in flexibility, It is difficult to create a dynamic milling.

I appreciate the platform's attempt to connect attendees with other online communities hosted through Run the World. The community approach helps me explore other opportunities.

This software is very user friendly and is a great alternative to others on the market. A solid option for business and personal steaming.

Run the World has great built in features that are perfect for conferences. We especially enjoy the creativity of the cocktail party and groupfie feature.

It was easy to connect and maneuver. As a user I enjoyed the interaction of the seminars.

I used this software for a conference. The only thing I would say (this might be a user problem not a software) is the host was having trouble seeing who was in the meeting.

I think this software is easy to use and great for connecting with others through conferencing.

The Run the World software for the Women in Quantum in Africa event was seamless to use and I would recommend it to others when organising such events.

I will continue to support my performers if/when they have another show but I refuse to use the platform again.

Not knowing who you will talk to and sharing insights on the fly is not a live event - - but it is the next best thing. The styling of the chat encouraged to participation.

It was very easy to sign up and jump into the NACE conference. It was easy to move around the platform the video and sound quality was great.

There have been some hiccups with connection and broadcast - but unclear what the source of this is.

The interface was pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate.

I have used it several times over the last year to view Sexy Liberal with Stephanie Miller and it's been great. I have not had any issues with the program while viewing.

I attended free, monthly sessions from an industry thought leader who convened a Subject Matter Expert on given dates and also facilitated a great discussion with attendees.

Sometimes I had the impression that some more features could have been useful, but as my last attendance at RTW is a while ago, I can't remember any so far. So it couldn't have been so bad.

There was no way to filter who met who, consequently I was matched with other members of my team, vs. potential customers.

This product had great UX, I was able to find what I needed very quickly and has a nice, professional appeal.

I'm not aware if this is  a fault of the software, but during the Women in Quantum in Africa event, there were times when speaker's audio and video was very poor and not able to follow.

I like the ease of registration, the ability to communicate with other attendees, the opportunity to return to the recording later in the game, the sense of community.

It is very simple to use. It looks great and I love the ability to go back and watch the replay.

Ease of setup, price as for free, easy picture upload.

But it is not just the app that we liked, it also the customer service. We recevied 2 or 3 mails, where they gave a couple of hints.

With an extensive schedule and a large amount of additional content editing gets a bit confusing but that's criticism on a very high level.

Our goal was to inform the attendes before the event - show the the schedule, who would be on stage, which prices the could win, let them interact with the stage guest and so on.

Unfortunately no program points can be published without end. It was not possible to integrate program items into a superordinate program item.

A search within the events is then possible by category. Persons and events can be saved as favourites.

Unfortunately it was not possible to upload documents.

Very nice web app, with which we were able to support our event with about 230 participants.

The possibility to get feedback for the people and to launch surveys was great and very easy to integrate. The possibility to plan and publish contributions live and in advance is great.

After a short training period, the admin was able to create the event and set the program - the most important point for a conference.

The overall experience was great and we were able achieve many positive results.

Our guests as well as the contributors of our event were very enthusiastic about the professional layout and content of our program.

The app was easy to navigate so that even our youngest users were able to find all of the information they needed quickly and easily.

Ease of use and administrating contents makes it work for literally everybody without any technical know-how.

From the feedback we had from the participants, we just miss a feature to enable chat or conversations between participants.

It was way easier to use than the previous platform that we had tried and Lineupr's customer support was much better too.

The templates and pages that already exist, give us inspiration and a good guideline on how to use it in our event.

As a web app, push messages only arrive when the app (website) is opened. But this is a disadvantage of the form of the application and has nothing to do with the development.

It is definitely a super quick and intuitive event app solution for anyone looking to make their events more interactive, user friendly and to give a good overview of the activities.

Look & feel can be adapted in the twinkling of an eye to suit your own wishes. Who wants can integrate some additional features such as surveys or ratings.

The customer service was very easy to work with and offered simple solutions. They went out of their way to provide us with what we needed.
