System is good for HR and offices
It is very easy to use and the reporting is great. it has lots of features
CONSset up not simple but support was great.

Really good system for small-medium sized business
Product is really good and cheap relative to the other products we assessed. Having a person to speak regardless of time of day was a big plus when we had questions.
PROSThe list of features and price point. The fact that there were no integrations (except for outlook and teams) and everything else for us is in one place.
CONSIt has a lot of features and organising the configuration did take some learning but the support was very good to assist us

Simple desk booking and HR
Great system and amazing customer support, they’re very responsive and always willing to help
PROSWe started using the desk booking system years ago and recently srarted using the HR module. Both are great and easy to use
CONSIt would be great if they had timesheets, we use a separate system for that but having it all in one place would be better
