Ive worked with the software since the company began. It far exceeds the competition in functionality but after nearly 2 decades they are the most proactive, always developing and listening to the client to help continuous improvement. Saving time and understanding spend whether on a local level or global is key to any FD, but add the ability to control brand and risk, you have the full set of approvals.

Front end is more B2B but there is the ability to completely change the interface via and API.

Like core print. Training was good. customer service was good. easy to navigate

Separate login for EACH customer for every User. Could have been one Login for Each User and customised all the clients in the same login for that particular user.

The product has huge amounts of potential and is extremely customisable. From a customer perspective it is great and it's features are strong.

There are 3 programmes in the background which make set up and product uploads harder work than I feel they need to be.

Excellent from word go, great demo, excellent training and ongoing support

Its very easy to use, great look and to it and user friendly.

Only thing i dont like is the preview on templated products where it doesnt intuitively update the preview window

Since using Coreprint I have gained multiple new customers, the online ordering facility is simple to use and allows for customers to order products easily which can contain complex variable data. It ties the customer in, allows for a quicker workflow internally which then means quicker production times and the customers receive jobs quicker. The Support team are always on hand to assist and have always been extremely helpful every time I make contact (which is often)

Coreprint is a very user friendly software that can be implemented quickly for customer requirements. Once up and running it allows orders to come straight through to the press as they have been per-approved by the user. Once products have been created it is a very simple process to edit them and keep the them up to date.

There is nothing not to like about the software from my point of view.

Providing a client with their own personalised portal within hours of agreeing their requirements show my client we are keen and ready to do business.

Coreprint are excellent. Their customer service and technical knowledge is excellent. When there is an issue, which is rare they are quick to respond.

You can rebrand to your design which is good. Images and layout is good. Works well for what we require

It would be good if you had moving images or multiple images so you can see certain products in full. From every side. I think it would benefit with an updated design.

Exporting data can be an issue when i comes to using the data with Excel as it does not split the columns out for you.

We specifically liked the user interface. For a company new to print marketing, it helped us get to grips with what we can do and establish a proper strategy.

Vpress' support and account management team are second to none. Whether its to solve a template issue my staff have building a template or advice on a new client onboarding, Vpress are available.

Coreprint is an affordable Web2Print system which has allowed my company to expand the volume of work produced without scaling up the amount of staff required. Coreprint provides my clients with a great web platform to edit and order products, and then provides my production staff with correctly prepared PDF files to print from.

There is very little I can find fault with Coreprint in the way we use the system for our B2B and B2C sites.

Great software which is easy to use. Good support form the training and the support centre which is quick to come back with responses.

It has been designed and built with print in mind, which is better than forcing another system to mould around the complexities of the print industry (been there tried that!). After initial training it is easy to pick up and use, you don't need to have a technical background. It is flexible and can solve different problems for different people.

As with any new software it took a little while to get used to the different terminology but once you get to grips with the structure its fine.

The Coreprint tech team and support are a fantastic asset, therefore you every step of the way with really quick, efficient support.

Can be a bit clunky to set the admin and permissions up for customers

Misses some features - but for the price it's certainly the best around.
