The best website design program
I am very happy with Dreamweaver, I have tried many similar programs, but this is the best, the program itself is the best, but if you then complement it with the entire Adobe ecosystem, you simply have an excellent program.
PROSDreamweaver is an excellent web designer, it has a lot of features that you can't find anywhere else, the interface is very good, and if you're familiar with the programs in the Adobe ecosystem, it's going to be a very easy interface to use. Editing is very good with any coding language, from HTML to CSS. The integration with the entire Adobe ecosystem is great, you can use tools from programs like Photoshop or Illustrator to create beautiful web pages, which is great. In conclusion, Adobe Dreamweaver is an excellent program, highly recommended.
CONSIt is not a program that can be used on any computer, it requires certain quite demanding specifications. It's the only bad thing about Dreamweaver.
Reasons for switching to Adobe Dreamweaver
Dreamweaver is superior in every section.

Dreamweaver is a great tool for beginners
I overall think that Dreamweaver is great if you are looking to build a simple and professional website for your business. The features and templates are set up to save you time while looking professional. Some of the coding features are a bit difficult to figure out for more advanced customization which is a bit frustrating. The plug-ins are also a bit tricky to install sometimes, but once I figured it out, they work flawlessly. So overall, I would recommend Dreamweaver for starting your website design.
PROSI like that there are already templates and pre built plugins that I am able to take and customize. This saves so much time and keeps things looking professional.
CONSI feel that some of the features are very difficult to use and implement, and that some customization is very limited.
Reason for choosing Adobe Dreamweaver
I like that my content is mine and can be updated on my domain anytime. No subscriptions necessary.
Reasons for switching to Adobe Dreamweaver
I wanted more advanced options for my website and also to have all of my content on my business domain without having to pay a subscription.

Dreamweaver: Dream or Nightmare?
As a graphic designer, design comes first. I am not a strong coder, so find myself searching online quite often for help. Fortunately, help is usually easy to find.
PROSAllows user to design and code and easily switch between the two. The different views allow the user to see what the site will look like once completed.
CONSIf the user is not familiar with coding and website building, then Dreamweaver can be a nightmare to use. For users wanting a quick and easy site, Dreamweaver is not a good choice.
Reason for choosing Adobe Dreamweaver
Dreamweaver came as part of the suite from Adobe, and I was already a user.

Essential for all productive marketing team
Essential for all marketing team integrating display banner, email template...With Dreamweaver we are able to code without skills in HTML, really helpful not for only the beginner in HTML but also with others employees wishing to save time by finding elements quickly.
CONSIn my opinion, Dreamweaver is too expensive although the quality has a price we ready to pay for.
Reason for choosing Adobe Dreamweaver
These softwares are free, this is welcomed for smaller companies or integrator only wanting to see the code

I highly recommend Adobe Dreamweaver
I highly recommend Adobe Dreamweaver, especially if you want to learn how to design and code HTML and CSS pages. It's a good application to have installed on your computer.
PROSAdobe Dreamweaver has been around for years. I use the software to debug coding issues, and I like the fact that Dreamweaver highlights syntax elements when there is an error involved in my web code.
CONSWell, Adobe Dreamweaver is part of a subscription plan and so it is included as a bundle. You have to pay a subscription fee in order to use Adobe's service.
Reason for choosing Adobe Dreamweaver
I like the ease of deployment of Adobe Dreamweaver. All I have to do is download the .EXE file and my computer unpacks the software onto my computer. However, if I use other CMS platforms, I have to customize many of the configurations before I can use the third-party software right away.

Industry leading WYSIWYG editor
I cut my developer teeth on an early edition of Dreamweaver, and remained with the software up to the current CC edition. It does require a lot of setting up and system resources to work effectively, but the result is definitely worth the effort. For instant WYSIWYG style editing and version control it does a great job, and the built-in error checking and prompts are very intuitive and help to avoid common syntax and logic errors.
PROSI love the clean workspace and level of customisation available to tailor the UI to my needs.
CONSFor software that I don't use frequently, the subscription cost is a little prohibitive, so I frequently cancel and restart when needed. That said, I still return to the software for editing complex html and CSS sites, so it isn't a deal-breaker.
Reasons for switching to Adobe Dreamweaver
I moved from using a text editor to Dreamweaver to make my workflow more efficient and add WYSIWYG editing.

It's result-driven but requires time and efforts to use it
It's a great tool for web development, however, it requires time and dedication to learn and it can be quite expensive too which makes it a little hard for users with low budgets to buy.
PROSAdobe Dreamweaver offers industry-standard designs for projects of all levels. I like it and would recommend it because it's from a popular company. Although I switched from using it for some reasons, however, there are features that I highly appreciate and respect as well. - Its code editor is fully versatile. It supports a wide array of programming languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript which provide possibilities to perform tasks like syntax highlighting, code completion, and code validation which are super helpful when working on specific projects. - It also offers a wide range of built-in templates and libraries that help to speed up the process of web development. - Design is responsive because it provides options to test designs on various screen sizes.
CONSSome major challenges I had with Adobe Dreamweaver include: - ease-of-use: although Dreamweaver can be very performant, however, it's not easy to learn and master. It requires a lot of dedication commitment and practice to get acquainted with it. So I did;t find it ideal because I needed a tool that I could learn and probably start earning from within a short time. - Subscription is expensive

Great for front end devs
As someone who focuses on improving what people see, I need to see the work as it develops, I can assure you this is a great software for editing web pages' HTML, CSS, & Javascript. I like the interface, it feels so smooth with no delay.
CONSI haven't ran into many problems but I can say the publishing feature seems like extra bloat since I do not need it.

Dreamweaver is an excellent website creation application.
It allows us to maintain our website, which is critical to our work.
PROSIt generates clean code. Its interface facilitates editing as you can easily preview what will be displayed.
CONSDreamweaver is a complex multi-featured and powerful program, that covers many needs. Learning it is not easy and the texts often lag behind new features.
Reason for choosing Adobe Dreamweaver
Frontpage (now discontinued) focussed on interfacing with other Microsoft products, whereas Dreamweaver focussed on its code displaying consistently in different browsers.
Reasons for switching to Adobe Dreamweaver
Frontpage generated complex code which displayed differently in different browsers.

Adobe Dreamweaver Review
Dreamnweaver provides a good starting point for people wanting to pursure web development. My web development career started with Dreamweaver and progressed to writing and editing code through a coding editor.
PROSAdobe Dreamweaver is a great tool for people beginning web development. It enables you to create web pages without any coding knowledge. Adobe Dreamweaver allows you to work/view your web pages with both a WYSIWYG editor (drag and drop) and a code based editor. Both methods side by side in Dreamweaver can help with learning to understand code. Adobe Dreamweaver has many pre-coded widgets that can be added to your website pages, such as buttons, video and images. What could normally take an experienced coder hours to develop can be done in minutes in Dreamweaver.
CONSThis piece of software requires you to pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud, which is a monthly fee. This can become expensive on a monthly basis.

Dreamweaver is the best for website building, but not for the average user.
Dreamweaver was way beyond my basic skill set with regards to website design. The features where overwelming for me. However I can see why it is the professionals software of choice.
PROSDreamweaver is a proper website builder meaning the skies the limit. You can design and build your site however you want, you are not limited by the options provided like with other online website builders. This is a professional level piece of software.
CONSFor the average user Dreamweaver is way above any requirement. To get the most out of this software you will need a good understanding of website coding. If you don´t go with a simple (but restrictive) drag and drop designer.

How I think Dreamweaver rates in 2022
I started coding with Dreamweaver back when I was in school (I have very fond memories of it!), I've kept it in my repertoire of web development software, and now that I run a small web development business I still use it when I want to code a page that I need to visualize while I program it
PROSDefinitely a quick and responsive way of creating a website, coding and seeing the font end results change in real-time is a great way of getting things done in a time-saving manner
CONSSometimes it can feel a little too concentrated on the visual instead of the code, many features are not necessary for cases when you strickly want to be coding

web programming
for the beginners, Adobe Dreamweaver is the best to use because it's easy and simple
PROSAdobe Dreamweaver has been most likely used in the market for web design. The majority of the CSS is built in, making it very simple to use. With web design software that supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other languages, you can quickly create and publish web pages almost anywhere.
CONSAdobe Dreamweaver CC is simple to use but difficult to master. Some classes must be created and called. Software provides many web development features; however, with basic or limited knowledge, you cannot fully utilize those features.
