My overall experience has been fabulous. I like the way my website works, I understand how to edit it, and I LOVE the different features that have been brought together under one 'roof', so to speak.

The consolidation of features into one place which is how the company and concept started, as I understand it.

The availability of templates would be the biggest con, and there aren't that many. Looking at the websites of colleagues, it is apparent that some other hosting services are a bit more forward-thinking in this area.

Bangzoogle strive to make you better and are supportive to their artist(s). They are attentive with new products.

The most important feature is the integration from one site to another - very easy no hastles, walk through is a breeze.

More Templates would suffice for a better choice and selection for the artist to choose from.

It’s been a while but from what I can remember, I remember feeling frustrated that I couldn’t always drag and drop a block exactly where I wanted on the page (was it from a different page?). I had to drag it to the desired page and then manually “move it down” one block at a time to the desired position. Also, I’ve seen brilliant landing pages designed through Wix and wondered if there was a way in Bandzoogle to make mine look just as well laid out. Not sure if it is just lack of design skills on my part but it might be nice to have landing page templates offered in Bandzoogle. I also would like to see SEO more customizable for each page.

The process to build and update a website is pretty intuitive, even for someone like me who is less than tech savvy. There are many options to choose from so it is easy to make a site that isn't cookie-cutter like. Bandzoogle has paid attention to the specific needs of musicians including sales of merchandise, tickets to shows, recordings etc. Plus it is possible to build an audience and interact with your audience. The customer support has always been prompt and helpful.

There probably are some things, but since I don't use everything feature that is offered to the user by Bandzoogle. In short, I haven't run across something I wanted from my website that wasn't already available.

Overall, I give it an 8/10. If they add the search function it would be 9.5/10. If they increase speed it would be 10/10.

It really is a fantastic website builder. While it's limited in how deep you can customize, it makes up with nice built in plug-ins and themes that can be adjust quickly. Another positive note is that you can switch themes without losing your content because it's a structured layout. Meaning it will readjust your content to fit the new theme style. Not flawless, but pretty sweet. Also the price is pretty good, especially for cdbaby users who get a discount.

My biggest complaint is with the blog section. There has to be a search function or it's just a giant useless thread of a mess. Second would be the speed. Using the wrong font could completely jam up loading speeds because of what they have running in the background. Problem is you can't access the back end to clean up what I assume is java script problems.

My experience with Bandzoogle has been both positive and profitable. I have the pro account, and it's affordable enough that it doesn't cut into my bottom line in any noticeable way.

I use Bandzoogle's web hosting platform and software for my online record store. They provide every tool I need to showcase, promote, and sell soundtrack albums. It's like having my own personal Apple Music. It takes a minute to understand how to use their website building tools, but the templates and customization features they provide are well designed and accessible. Customer support is the best I've found with ANY technology company. And you need a good tech support team when you are first building out your site and learning the tools. 10/10

I"m an artist at heart, so I love the ability to customize. Bandzoogle provides plenty of customization features, but I would love having just a few more.

It has been great to have a central platform where venues, bookers, and media can access information, photos and videos and other news about the band. Much more effective than trying to do the same with social media

It is tailored to the features that an independent music artist needs and has done a lot to make our band look very professional and serious about our music.

The email feature and administration is a little difficult to find and keep on top of unless you check it regularly. Would nice to be able to send incoming emails to multiple email clients.

While you might be able to find other tools that do one part of the system a little better, Bandzoogle has a pretty solid set of tools all in one place. It is the easiest way for us to manage our website with most features we need for all aspects of our band.

There are a few tools I'd like to see have a few more configuration options, but overall what you get is great and acceptable. The value of the whole system far surpasses nitpicking on any one part of it.

Fully featured with a good variety of look and feel templates and the ability to customise. Honestly the most difficult thing I found with Bandzoogle is that for everything I wanted to do, I assumed it would be less simple than it is. When I contacted support they were fast, friendly and succinctly helpful and I usually found that the answer was devilishly simple. Great people, great product.

Absolutely NOTHING! I find it difficult to even fill up the minimum characters for this answer, because there is absolutely nothing to dislike. Hey look - I managed it!

We wanted to have access to e-sales, so downloading of music files was the primary criteria, which Bandzoogle offers at the reasonable price. We were able to set up a nice web site and store that also included players and some space for commentary and photos. It is a convenient package compared to other solutions we had tried.

The only complaint I had in setting up the Bandzoogle site was that the menus sometimes seemed to loop me back instead of saving and progressing on - this showed my inexperience with automated design, and reminded me why I always hated the term "intuitive" in computer usage. However, it also gave the Bandzoogle tech support people a chance to shine.

I really like that they had themes to choose from and you can almost just input your information and content and be up and running.

Not a lot of Cons. Im sure there are web designers and others that may see stuff and want more. But for me I needed something that was easy to use so that I would have a digital presence on the internet. Still building my site as I go , but for now its perfect.
