Quick creation, really quick 30 minute overview of site features before publishing, very good chat responses, but if you want even a very basic business website you'll have to upgrade. Critical features are not included in the Lifetime package

It's easy to use. Support is quite responsive. The cost of the lifetime version is attractive (until you find out about the hidden details)

Clunky templates. No Subscribe/Follow button is available in blog feature without upgrading to monthly $$. No drag/drop for adding graphics. Limited options for font sizes. Continual popup adds to upgrade (this is in the paid version, not a free version). No way to full explore changes without publishing first.

[sensitive content hidden] was most helpful in fielding my many and diverse questions. Also, very knowledgeable and unafraid to dig a little deeper into the question, saving a lot of time.

I have never had a second thought of not hiring UNEI. They have been the father of my website, ideas, and inform me of leads that I need. I'm stoked to have then host my site. I can't wait for some of the updates that they have coming up with the front profile!!

UNEI has continually come through for me when Google has had issues with my Business Account. I lost my Google Business page and ALL MY REVIEWS once and lost sleep for a week. I was about to start over after eight years. I tried so hard to contact Google but exhausted all my resources. Finally, I asked UNEI. THEY FIXED IT! I needed enlargements, links, sizing promo sections, etc, many other things but they replied and have continually performed EXACTLY what I needed with my uploaded pics, examples. They did what I wanted and I'm staying with UNEI.

I have nothing bad to say really. Inexpensive. Fast contact. I have NOTHING negative to think of.

It was up and down. They don't always respond. They said they were going to upgrade the website, and asked if I would like that, I said yes, they didn't respond , didn't update my site.

They set it up fast and designs they offered. Which became blurry at times had to ask them to fix it then they told me to take a picture of they couldn't see it.

The functionalities were not always working. They will charge you anyway they can. I set up the account with my personal credit card, then changed it to the company credit card. When I quit they kept charging my personal account. Then after I emailed them to close the account they still kept charging my account. USER BEWARE.

I started a brand new business 2 years ago and I have no website-building skills - UENI put me in business overnight! I get compliments daily about my website on functionality and how good it looks - and customer service is the best in the business from my experience

Sometimes software can be a bit buggy but problems are resolved quickly by chatting with a customer service rep via real-time chat - I do not know of any other website builder that offers this service

Overall I am extremely happy and look forward to the future and where they take the websites ability!

I would like to see a lot more flexibility with photos, being able to easily sort, catogorize, deleted, etc. I feel like this is a BIG limitation in the current version.

So many Pros. Tons of help. Great customer service. Genuine customer service. Great looking website that didn't break my bank. I can customize my site or request them to. I change my pricing due to seasons so I just do that myself. Their team will work wonders if you just ask.

I don't think their is anything potentially that I like least. They have performed everything I've asked.

The site they published was an embarrassment to my company. 3 major pages missing. Not paying attention to detail such as picture cropping was horrific. I could have done all this just as bad. I hired what I thought were professionals. The one meeting to discuss this site was a wash. Zoom did not connect us. I sat in waiting room for over 40 min then hung up. I M giving them till mon to rectify and pull site down until it is right. I can't Fford this to be tied to my company since I have very prestigious clients whom will walk if they see this nonsense. If that happens this company will have legal issues.

UENI is a great company. I could have started with any company but I chose UENI because I say the potential in what it could push not only my business but itself to.

It’s really easy to navigate through, I do feel they can add more customization to the site and more templates to help create mor exclusivity

That the templates they they give us are in short basic and don’t have much depth to them, I’d love to continue using this site but other sites have pay in 4, you can customize your site based on what you sale, the templates are way better and the screen is almost 3-D. They’re a great company just need to go out the box a little more I don’t mind paying extra if it will give me those features.

Very helpful. I communicate via zoom and meet , so I have real time support and updates. I have had guidance and support throughout my 3 years of having a UENI website. Easy chat if I get stuck or something isn’t working . For example the day PayPal crashed. Quick feedback and correspondence

For me as a contractor my overall experience with UENI is good I am very satisfied and pleased to say I would definitely recommend to a friend, family or anyone who would be looking to use something similar. For the value on price you get a lot, you can do a lot with it and It’s very overall easy to use for everyone. As for customer service I have never had a issue with Anything so never needed to speak with them But for a example They are always offering new deals and updates All the time which is good in a sense but it’s 5 stars from me.

I like the fact you can Pop on and Add your own edits at any point including uploading photos to a portfolio etc Wether your at work or at home it’s very easy accessible from a mobile or Other device.

Being totally honest there wasn’t much I don’t like about it I’m sure others have different opinions but I feel like For the value of Money it is definitely better than Some or most Other services provided.

Very bad customer service. You cannot call them,. When you send them email it looks like robot is reading it and action is being done about your concerns. I've requested to do a simple revision of the blurry images and the when you click on the phone it won't dial the telephone number. I email them daily but to not avail. I DO NOT RECOMMENT THISW WEBSITE BUILDER . BE WARE

I have been affiliated with Ueni going on 2 years. I need to better familiarize myself with all features and functions of the product to gain more knowledge and experience.

It is difficult to crop images to post for a visual aid to show the product.

The major problem was how best to present ourselves. I just threw information at them, honestly, and they sorted it out.

The way they guide you through the process. Also how they made a great site knowing hardly anything about us.

Website was designed as requested and only required minor tweaks. Options to grow as my business grows are available. It is a user friendly platform. Customer Service Rep, [sensitive content hidden] , was so great! She was patient and helped answer or fix every question I had.

Formatting is a bit restrictive and all tabs are not visible on the desktop or mobile devices.
