At my former winery, I selected InnoVint to replace another database. We had worked with a few databases and InnoVint was leaps and bounds ahead of anyone else in terms of simplicity, ease of use, intuitive UI, reporting, etc. Once we demo'd InnoVint the decision was simple. Onboarding with the support team was seamless and stress free. Managing the system is also a breeze, and the support is top notch and timely. Now as a custom crush client, using the product as a user as opposed to an admin is just as simple. The (what seems like) almost daily updates the engineers do to the software it just keeps getting better.

The user interface is intuitive and simple. Mobile app to get real time data in the cellar. Ease of writing work orders. Ability to work with different facilities under one account with a simple drop down (provided each facility uses InnoVint). The support from IV is head and shoulders above anything else in the industry.

Honestly, drawing a blank here! The team at InnoVint comes up with improvements faster than I can think of any shortcomings.

We've used other platforms and felt like they all fell short--Innovint has everything you're looking for and more. The ease of functionality is a breath of fresh air.The customer support is amazing--if you don't know something they'll make it a priority to get you help.

This software is easy to use, and easy to implement. It's pretty much everything you need to track and care for your wine.-- Some things you don't know you need until you don't have it, but for 99% of things innovint already has you covered--they've already thought of it.

Case goods management is our least favorite feature because it's a little tedious--but the overall coverage is great.

The software is mostly user friendly. I have extensive experience with Winemaker's Database (user hostile), and Vintrace, which is probably the overall leader in the field. I definitely feel that continued development of Innovint, where they are quite responsive with user feedback, will push the software to the top of the pack. Good to have Innovint on the cloud.

Oh, just little things. Not being able to open up a new tab, without logging in. Some inflexibility, like having to choose lots with additions. No major issues off the top of my head. However, if I find any serious bugs, I will definitely supply constructive criticism going forward.

If you have vessels that move back and forth between facilities, tracking of these vessels is an issue. Also, the inability to set a order of importance (or Priority) for WO's during busy period (harvest or bottling) can create challenges.

This is the only software I've used that actually gets it. I feel like all other systems have been designed by people who've never actually made wine or worked in a cellar. Innovint allows me to accurately track and record all cellar work and inventories. I've used it at our 10k+ case production facility and also out our smaller boutique cellar, it works fantastically.

If you don't record in real time (which is sometimes difficult for disorganized winemakers) it can be hard to recreate it it in Innovint. Also, blending and topping can sometimes be counter intuitive. Finally, I wish there was a better recurring work-order system for harvest. E.g. Tank X get's 2 pump overs a day until I opt out. This would work better than having to write countless work orders in the AM

Too much stokage to list. We love InnoVinit. It's helped us organize chaos in a way that feels lightweight and satisfying.

InnoVint is a truly cloud-native winemaking platform built with modern technologies, incredible performance, and an elegantly intuitive UI. The wine industry is finally free from old Microsoft Access tables and remote desktop implementations of cloud services, and we couldn't be more stoked. What amazes us most is how well InnoVint scales for our uses. Our winemaking team uses InnoVint daily to track the most granular and complex details of our production, but it's still simple enough for somebody from our marketing squad or compliance partners to pull out the information they need to do their jobs. Of all the software we rely on to make, sell, and ship our wines, InnoVint is our favorite.

We'd love to see the InnoVinit ecosystem grow with a greater variety of integrations.

FANTASTIC! We are so glad we switched to InnoVint software. We have been absolutely blown away by the level of personal and personable customer service as well.

We were able to integrate our winemaking logs, unfinished product inventory, nutrient inventory, and equipment inventory into one single place. We also use some of the features in InnoVint to free up other time during harvest so we can work with the wines we are making and pay better attention to what is happening with the wine as it is fermenting.

With any software that is so robust, it is also complicated. Only a quarter of our cellar team know the software well enough to fix problems and "do it all" and the other 75% do as much as they can and then leave items to be back dated into the system. Sometimes the backdating doesn't work as well as we would like. And there is no way to edit an action that has already been input.

It saves me a ton of time doing paperwork, from recording info to TTB reports. The Innovint team was also super helpful in working out any of the kinks I found along the way. The problems were almost always solved within a few hours (usually instantly).

The homepage is great. I can see all of the most important aspects of my wine in just a glance. The "tag" feature is a huge plus as it allows me to know characteristics/history of the wine as well as help me understand which wines have not reached specific benchmarks.

I wish the app was compatible with android products as well. Every so often Innovint will be down. Usually it only lasts for 30 minutes to an hour but that is tough sometimes. If there was a way to allow basic features to be done while offline, at the very least be able to view the info, that would be great.

I’m mostly a partial user with delegation to other staff but it’s already been refreshing from the last software used in our industry.

It understands winery and vineyard protocols and flows intuitively with use.

Some of protocols can be confusing at first. I.e. topping wine. We’ll use a keg of wine to top all whites or reds and can be monotonous to check each barrel the wine went into.

It makes a lot of daily winemaking process simple and streamlined, having instant access to some features on mobile makes referencing lots and wines very simple. It has been easy teaching people how to use the software over the years, without too much training required for new users. Much better than other softwares out there

Still has limitations, but generally improving. Can be cumbersome to operate, a lot of clicks to accomplish tasks. Requires a lot of data entry on different screens to accomplish a single task (example of inboarding wine received in bond from a new vineyard source - requires four full steps on different pages to complete)

Saves time in Production. Easy to use. Support get back to you quickly. I like that they check on your account to see where you are in setup.

The user friendliness for the software and costing module

No hands on training. Mostly online training and support.

I was able to put the whole operation in my pocket and readily accessible from any computer. This has drastically increased my productivity and overall quality of work.

QR Code functionality is great as is the overall layout of the software. I also like the ability to create barrel tags as in the past we've just been relying on duct tape and sharpie.

The mobile interface could use some updates like the ability to assign a batch for an additive to an existing work order if the creator doesn't do so for the employee. Additionally the 702 functionality seems to have some glitches when trying to generate gallons from sweetening.

As I mentioned before, I really like how easy it has been to access the info I want

I like the ease at which I can retrieve and review information, the ease of sorting, and with barrels I like that I can add as little or as much info as I want.

Writing wo after wo, although I'm sure I just need more training to learn how to use the system better. I need to attend a training workshop. More workshops might be helpful.

In the past we've used plastic envelopes with cards hanging on escutcheons on the front of the barrels to identify what wines were in them, which often would blow off leaving us scratching our heads. Then I added numbers to each barrel, but sometimes they would wash off. Now we have the QR tags from Innovint, and I can scan them with my phone to tell exactly what is in the barrel and how long it's been there! We just reviewed all of our 2017's yesterday and realized we did not have racking entered for one batch and figured out that was because we skipped over it, which was a really crucial catch.

I like being able to see my quantities of different wines at a glance. I look forward to the ease of completing my year end reports.

Getting my staff to use it! It is not quite as intuitive as I wish it were. It takes some practice to recognize what tasks are called and how they are entered.

It streamlines our records and helps keep us up to date with all cellar and winery activities

I like the integration with all aspects of the winery, such as tank management, additions, wine movements, etc, and thus with our record keeping

I would like more diversity in the ability to input our own formulas to calculate additions, such as SO2, as opposed to the built-in formulas of the program.

It's fairly stupid proof, and delivers the basics well for those who aren't necessarily tech savvy.

Clunky interface, data retrieval is weak. Servers get overloaded, and it doesn't have an autosave so you can lose work in progress if you get out of the internet mid work order.

All my vessels and lots are in one place and easily accessible via computer or my smart phone! Definitely making life easier!

I find it difficult to go back and undo certain things such as changing lot size and updating grower information.

I like for easy it is to jump right in with no training and use. It is very intuitive and I am very impressed with that

I think there can be features added to help make the software 100% inclusive, like adding a bill of lading feature

Makes it very easy to file required reports to TTB, and to track and look up historical information on wine production.

Love the ability to enter work orders at my computer and have my staff receive notifications and provide updates on completion via the mobile app.

It can be tricky to write work orders that capture every single detail of a wine movement and adjustment - but that's more about figuring out how to write everything down in a formulaic way than it is about the software.

I am getting to know the program, the parts that I use currently are OK, but see my request in Cons.

I wish I could run a monthly report of all the transactions by lot for just that month listing what the transaction was with the beginning balance and ending balance in gallons.
