  • Pros

  • In this regard it has been very successful, and the Zenoti team were brilliant at importing and merging all our services and products.
  • This program is so easy to use, it has all the correct reports. The Customer Service is outstanding & very supportive.
  • Cons

  • There are many but most importantly is there's no integration of all centers, no feature that can exclude selected Custom Payment such as NO Payment from collection report etc.
  • Then 450 a month and I still have nothing working to show for it. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.

  • Bringing the booking experience online is an obvious improvement to this business sector. Its like what ubereats did for delivery restaurants.
  • When it comes down to it, money talks. It’s a great scheduler, especially for the price.

  • The flow of the booking service was not intuitive. You get lost in the icons and forget how to get back to the start.
  • Despite solving the issue of running a studio can be very difficult and manual, they failed to really excel in the design and marketing aspects.
