No Surprises
Can't say enough good things. Absolutely love this software over all the competitors we've had in the past. Hands down the best out there for the price.
PROSIt may not be the "prettiest" but it is very user friendly and most importantly IT WORKS. Our company has been through 3 other software platforms over the last 8 years. All previous companies over promised and under performed. Do not be distracted by fancy software features. Those fancy features do not do you any good if the core software doesn't work. AxisCare works! No data loss, no saving issues, rarely down for maintenance and easy to navigate.
CONSI really can't answer this question because AxisCare is always rolling out new functions and features and they listen to what their clients want. There have been multiple features our office has needed that were added within a few months. That's unheard of in this industry!

Excellent Homecare System
AxisCare is easy to use, and it allows me to keep track of my clients' visit.
CONSI wish we were able to check for insurances verification.

the cutomer support and billing is terrible
We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.
PROSThe prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible
CONSThe prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled. They bill when they want to, no set dates and rep. is always off with sick kids and then has the nerve to put warnings that we have not paid and not take off after we pay and refuse to help our staff because we had a past balance and had payments scheduled and prmised to pay as soon as the benk allowed. Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go. Also the customer service reps are very rude and really dont want to hear what we say but just get us off the phone as soon as possible.

We always endeavor to answer calls and emails as they come in, and if we miss a call during normal business hours due to a high volume of calls, we try to return any voicemails left as quickly as possible. Our Tech Help Desk personnel are trained to escalate any calls which request a supervisor to our Customer Support Director or escalate it further, as needed. Our experience with AC has been remarkable. With its robust capabilities, we streamlined processes and generated insightful reports effortlessly. One standout moment was when we used the software to analyze a large dataset that previously would have taken us weeks to manually process. With just a few clicks, we generated comprehensive reports and visualizations that provided invaluable insights, enabling us to make data-driven decisions swiftly. Overall, the software has simplified our tasks, empowered decision-making, and driven positive outcomes for our team and organization.
PROSWhat I find most beneficial is the introduction of bi-weekly meetings with the Customer Success manager. This establishes a rhythm that aids in resolving issues and tackling daily operational questions efficiently. It's particularly useful when busy tasks threaten to consume the entire day. Additionally, implementing the BI tool has been a significant win for our company, providing valuable insights and enhancing our decision-making processes.
CONSWhile we have acknowledged the necessity and plan to address it shortly, implementing an initial template for all new franchisees would prove advantageous. It's worth noting that we currently do not have an onboarding template in place. This not only streamlines the onboarding process but also fosters consistency within our brand. Moreover, it significantly reduces the manual workload currently required.

AxisCare is the best!
I always have a wonderful experience with AxisCare, and I know I can count on support if I have any questions!
PROSI love being able to do my job quickly and efficiently.
CONSThe only thing I struggle with is having to clock in and out many of our caregivers because the location services aren't always accurate for them to do it themselves, but that's not too much of an issue.
