As a quality management application, isoTracker offers standard modules, including document control, complaints management, audit management and competency testing. Users can log and track complaints and perform full complaint investigations, in addition to using the competency testing module to define job roles, identify competencies and schedule competency assessments.
Users can also integrate these modules to identify root causes to problems and assign corrective and preventive actions. The software uses advanced encryption technology to ensure that the organization’s documents are secure and it regularly makes backups of each user’s files.
