Evolve is a recruitment solution that can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud. It is designed for professional staffing companies and allows users to share CVs, search thousands of contacts and candidates, manage a recruitment diary, generate documents and manage placements.
Evolve’s search functionality allows users to search against the client, contact, vacancy, candidate, CV and document fields of any entry into the database. Users can set up recurring searches at any interval and refine searches to fit candidate characteristics including location, experience and more.
A workflow-based document management system allows users to create letters, contracts and labels from a wide range of datasets including clients, contacts, candidates, placements, vacancies and more. Documents like CVs and résumés can be imported, indexed and searched automatically.
Users can receive help with implementation and will continue to have access to telephone support after Evolve has been implemented. Evolve can be purchased on a per use per month basis.
