Vendor Support, VAR channel is wide and deep, their product development cycle is aggressive without ending support on prior versions. A very cost effective solution for mid-market
The integration with ERP and EDI are good but complex and require direct expertise from the VAR you are working with, especially the EDI.
Evaluate the VAR channel and select one with direct experience with your installation and industry type. If you are leading with your WMS solution, look for best of breed for your industry and then find the ERP that best integrates with it. And of course leading with ERP would be the opposite.

It gives you most of what you would expect from a WMS package. If you have first-rate implementation and consultancy teams while you implement, it is a solid package.
The customer support, after-sales technical expertise, and the number of strong partners that might help you after you made the purchase might not meet your support needs.
You need a good check of what you need and what you would get. If you consider HighJump, make sure your contract ensures continuing support. There are not many strong partners, and hence their after-sales support is not as strong as you need. You should get to know the consultants before you sign the contract.
