In my search for a CMMS solution I had three things in mind. Full functionality and scalability at an affordable price.

Search capabilities are great. The new technician module is great for out in the field work.

While you can customize access and restrict window entries by user groups you must navigate in and out of  Production set-up and Security set up.

I think Tabware is a great CMMS and works good at having a lot of solutions in one package.

A one on one consulation on how the system works, sometimes i have found the user is frustrated as the user has not had the proper coaching.

Inside help are always very helpful and have a great working knowledge of the product.

Ease of use for requesters and mechanics to ensure adoption. TabWare met all of these, along with providing all of the help I needed during my decision to purchase, training, and implementation.

The program works, it just needs better support.

The flexibility of the software is nice. The company is great to work with, very helpful every time I have a need that needs met.

Works well, but customer service is the worst. And probably from overseas.

Ability to track equipment history and able to do inspections.

The vendor was and is very accommodating, however, person to person meetings were sometimes difficult to nail down.

Customer support is all web based and if THEY call you back, they have broken English. I have yet to talk to an american.

If you can't get these people to adopt and use the work order system all of the hard work invested into the other modules will be wasted.

TabWare provides all the functionality our maintenance organization requires to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The newer modules are all mobile-friendly, so that has been great for us.

The vendor provides a great, professional support team that respond to my software questions and continued product support.

Administrators have to click endless fields and drop down menus to accomplish the simplest of tasks; technicians have to click and fumble to switch between PM’s, routine and emergency work orders.

Tabware has all the functions needed for a great CMMS. Tabware customer support is superior to all others.

Our entire organization has struggled with the layout, over all concept and lack of intuitiveness.

AutoCAD is very easy and friendly in use, there is very easy command in AutoCAD which I love the most.

There is a problem of not having all the fonts available when downloading the program and the need to download other fonts separately in order to open some layouts, especially for Arabic fonts.

Its most important positive feature is ease of use and speed of learning by memorizing and understanding shortcuts.

I enjoy drawing in 2D and 3D and I especially enjoy creating building plans and this software is excellent for these purposes.

The software keys getting better and easier to use with multiple ways to use the software (online, desktop, mobile). The price can be prohibitive for those who only have occasional usage like myself.

I experienced program crash on my computer sometimes and it leads data&time loss for user.

Not a free version for small business or discounted price. Always auto-save problem and lost projects.

The biggest disadvantage of AutoCAD is that it comes with a lot of problems, which is to be expected from a tool that can do so much. It seems reasonable to me.

The ease of use of AutoCAD was the best part of the software, when I came in as a new user, it was very easy to get going and learn.

I love that there are shortcuts that you can utilize to be faster over time. I love that you can change layer line weights and customize for branding your documents.

What I like most about AutoCAD software is the ease of use and easy integration of other software packages to create exceptional drawings from preliminary to final fabrication drawings.

Autocad is a great app in my opinion, I can’t think of another app that is way better than autocad. I would highly recommend this app and I believe it is worth the money.

AutoCAD is a solid software, with a friendly interface and with some practice is easy to use. Helps a lot with drafting processes from scratch, and you can use it in any level of the design process.

When you just start learning how to use the software, you might seem a little lost. The controls might be a bit confusing.

My overall experience with AutoCAD has been wonderful, it a very helpful tool and provides a lot of features than helps on designing and reviewing drawings.

The keyboard commands are straight forward making 2D draughting easy no matter how complex the curves. It also integrates seamlessly with other industry programs.

There are so many different features to this software that it is sometimes confusing because of how much it can do.

Can produce good quality drawings fast. Nice crisp line weights that you can adjust to help read better.

The line style selection can be confusing as the line style chosen may not reflect properly when exported. The cursor snapping options can be confusing/ bothersome sometimes.

AutoCAD is a very powerful software for drawing, designing and landscaping etc and gives you and a clear picture on how to proceed with your project on ground.

The online support is awesome and it has such a big community to help you draw or do whatever you need.

Your faith in the ability of construction workers and technicians to apply this is boosted by the clarity of the engineering standards that are included on it.

The ability to create models and drafting extremely quickly and share with other users is fantastic.

Unable to zoom in and out properly. It's hard to command sometimes.

This program is still the best simplistic modeling software with the most advanced tools. Highly recommend to use for most architects/engineers as long as you have time to learn the UI.

I love all the easy commands that it provides, its a lot easier to draw things on cad than to draw them by hand for sure. The customer service team is amazing.

Maping scaling and macro recording function is more useful. They build the software more user friendly and more effectively.

It will difficult to run in the poor computer.

The worst feature of this software is the susbscription that you need to pay to use It. There is not available the option to only pay one time.

It is very hard to have even the least amount of dislike for anything this product has offered over the years.

What I like the most about this software is its ease and simplicity to understand and work, for a beginner it is a very good tool to learn.

I find the admin portal is very straightforward which is helpful as an admin. Their customer support is top notch and makes it extremely easy to resolve complex issues.
