Useful Online Survey software perfect for Social Distancing.

The inability to get a single response from the API. There is no way to manage your employee surveys from an administrative perspective.

The dashboard and reporting capability is powerful if you put in robust info. As well, it integrates with Salesforce CRM.

Integrates well with web services. Great preview, including for mobile.

The look and feel is good too. Once you learn how to use it, it’s easy to keep up.

Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.

Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.

The ease of the graphical results makes it a quick win to show to senior teams.

I love how easy it is to use and all the many options that are available.

Qualtrics is by far the best research software on the market. It's easy to use, functional, and all around great.

The Qualtrics survey platform also offers an offline application -- for an additional fee -- which is extremely weak.

One of my favorites is the ability to add a skip pattern in the survey. This is very advantageous when working in the social sciences field.

I have hated the reporting and dashboard functionality, as well as the administration dashboard.

When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.

However, while the base platform is great, the organization is far from perfect. I had numerous issues deploying the offline app.

Very easy to create and share surveys for research investigations. Exploration of already existing questions is good.

The ability to buy a single subscription for your entire organization can make this very cost effective, too.

Qualtrics is an amazing, top of the line survey software, but it comes at a price.

Best survey use I've seen out there. Non linear question editing is superb and it is super easy to view mobile and desktop visuals.

This tools is fantastic for working with our Faculty and Researchers. They expect in-depth analysis and appreciate the power of Qualtrics.

I would highly recommend Qualtrics. It's a great program, but the learning curve itself could be better for newbies.

So the interface is super simple to use and the control they give you over where and how your pop-up displays are second to none. Honestly, this is the best software we have tested and looked at.

It is so easy and crystal clear options and easy to use. From the integration to creating pop-up, everything is good.

Super user friendly interface. Many other tools we use claim to be user friendly but require a full time education to work in their dashboard!).

There are minor design tweaks that are difficult to make inside of Wisepops. There are also times when Wisepops popups don't fit neatly into my Wordpress theme.

It is excellent value for money, and the team are always responsive and extremely helpful.

Unfortunately we did not have enough use-cases for it. We have several various tools and some of them are extremely lightweight, but they get the job done.

Add on a great price and it’s the perfect product.

All of the components that it creates look very clean and modern, are very user friendly, and run with minimal impact to our site load times.

The 60 or so ready-to-use templates are all great, and they're totally customizable so everyone gets what they want.

The system is really easy to use. The developers have also just launched new templates and a revamped and easy to use interface.

If I was a new client, I might be a bit disappointed there aren't any lower cost options for very infrequent users. OK, I just thought of one thing I don't like.

Especially pertaining to the ability to have multiple domains and multiple campaigns running simultaneously within those domains. And the ability to do plenty of A.B. testing.

Pricing structure - charged by page view and not by pop-up display, meaning even if a pop-up is not triggered, you will get charged.

Managing user experiences on your site gets complicated, especially if you find yourself restrained from deploying new ideas because your dev team is limited on time.

I've had trouble understanding how to set up goals properly to link to our revenue raised from each popup to track ROI.
