When we implemented CS in our firm we changed from a homemade software to a total solution with great support. It was very exciting to be the first firm in the country that used this platform.

CS Professional Suite caused more problems than is solved.

Also, sometimes UltraTax does not allow hard input.

There will be times where it will crash for no apparent reason. I believe we just have so much housed within it and it gets stuck and quits.

The customer service is good however even if it is their software that is the problem they will charge you to fix their issues. We have had two sales teams and both teams have been horrific.

Consequently there was no real integration between products. CS overcame this problem.

The programming error in the software was a very basic error. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The knowledge library is very comprehensive and has everything we need. All checklists, forms, etc. are all there that we use at our firm.

Good integration between the various products.

This has caused some confusion and trouble with billing clients correctly. I am not sure why the programs are not using the same configuration for client IDs when they are made by the same company.

They charge for support on all products except UltraTax. Practice is becoming a dinosaur, and badly needs to be updated.

We use UltraxTax with Thomson Reuters. I had some questions about the software and was not able to find the answer online, I used the live chat customer service and they were able to help.

The integration between the products is top notch and so helpful. Most of the products are relatively intuitive to use.

In 2015, it made a significant error in my state filing. I was audited by the state, and based on the error that the software made, I owe the taxes plus $700 in penalties and interest.

It may be difficult to begin working with the software and no prior training/knowledge.

My firm uses the CS Professional Suite, including Workpapers, Fixed Assets, UltraTax, GoFileRoom, and Practice. Each software is perfect for our needs with extensive features included.

There is one negative however, the client IDs have to be set up slightly different in File Cabinet and Practice.

The program is so slow I lose hours of time waiting for an entry to register. The excel file import errors out and tells me the file is open in another location when its not.

The layout is very easy to maneuver around with, simple and easy to learn. Integrated software are easy to learn as well, they chose the best software to integrate with.

The system has the ability to be a valuable tool in the day-to-day functions of time management and the other modules set up within the Suite.

The software itself is a powerful tool. Coupled with the fantastic consulting teams who help us make it work best for our business.

Its great for a small to mid size firm who covers all facets of accounting.

I like how Thomson Reuters offers a variety of comprehensive products.

The software is very sophisticated but user friendly at the same and is constantly updated and improved.

Good software, wish it had some better features.

The mass email system is great. The ability to have all the emails in one place for a specific tax client is excellent.

I absolutely love that I can easily share, or not share, documents. It makes collaboration super easy.

Sometimes hard to navigate where to find documents. The platform can also be sluggish at times.

Customer Support has been irritating at times and hit or miss the rest.

Overall good and easy to use. Nice to have one place to hold all of our documents.

Its multifunctionality is my top preference, then the pricing and the fact that they are still improving on the app makes me convinced that I am using the best tool.

The software is generally very easy to navigate and they have an outstanding library of tutorial videos to help break the learning curve.

Customer service team has been awesome. The Taxdome team continues to put in place updates to improve their product.

Inability to collect client leads from Website, inability to chat with team on tasks.

TaxDome meets the needs of my business in one place. I like the client portal, email integration, workflow and e-signature capabilities.

Very few pre-made templates for the pipelines, inability to create a multiple line invoice, no texting (but we hear that is coming soon).

It's very user friendly, super organized and everything is labeled, perfect for OCD people like myself.

Onboarding meetings have been super helpful. This software is very inexpensive for what you receive.

I like the workflow, ease of uploading documents and getting signatures, I like the integration with my email.

It was also super easy to setup the client base. The ability to have all the contact information and able to trace everything at one spot is key, and great for my small business.

Also, new features and updates seem to be coming out every week. That is exciting to know they are truly interested in developing an amazing product.

I haven't really had any negative experiences with TaxDome.

Love that the software automatically reminds clients to respond - it's a lifesaver. Ease of use on the clients' end is also highly desirable.

Customer service has been amazing and very responsive. I can't wait to see the feature list grow even more.

It made it confusing so I had to personally email my CPA and ask if there was a problem.

They were so helpful and amazing to work with. Taxdome is highly recommended.

They have great customer service and their on boarding  white glove service was wonderful.

So much there that it is overwhelming. I was a bit confused with some of their terminology.

I have always been a remote preparer so that is nothing new for me or for them, but they do like this new platform after years of me trying to find the best fit. The customer service is unmatched.

I don’t really have any complaints about the software.

I access this system annually and I love how easy it is to help me reset my password. I also enjoy the how simple yet sleek the interface is.

Bulk  upload feature is great and the ease of having all client communications automatically uploaded is nice.

Very easy to find something. 50 dollars a month and it is easily taking care of 100-200 dollars worth of subscription services.

Great for pros and for beginners, at first I was not interested on using this product,  but now, I highly recommend it.
