### Pros

"Hurdlr is user friendly and they have customer service reps get back to you promptly."

"Hurdlr is designed with the small business owner who does their own accounting in mind and it's perfect in this regard. If someone needs only the inforation showing on the main interface and is not interested in the background data, they can definitely make Hurdlr for them. If they need more in-depth accounting features/data or they have experience in accounting, it's a nightmare."

"It's my understanding that outside of Quick Books, which is pretty pricey, it is the only mileage tracker out there that IS IRS-compliant!"

### Cons

"My year subscription was reimbursed through a local program, but I came to dislike Hurdlr so much I cancelled my paid subscription because there's supposed to be a free plan."

"Attempts at customer reviews about the company are met by company \[sensitive content hidden\] responding nonchanlanty as if customer doesn't quite understand they "don't honor" these types of subscriptions, while failing to acknowledge that this is the subscription that paid customer has been under for years & that said company \[sensitive content hidden\] decided one day that he just won't honor them."

"Office of Consumer protection and State Department of Consumer Affairs is now involved in investigation of this company and practice of breach of contract"
