Less Accounting makes keeping accurate books for your business very easy. The intuitive interface made getting started a breeze, and importing my banking information was super easy.

Since the software is now working much more poorly than it did, this is even more distressing. Frankly, less accounting is no longer meeting my needs.

The new look and all the things of importance all on the home screen is a great improvement.

Limited invoice templates and sometimes the invoice links are not working, so I need to resend the invoices.

Easy to use, customer service is very attentive. It's a great way to stay organized when running a small business.

It was frustrating because I had purchased the service precisely so that I wouldn't need to touch it myself.

The invoicing feature is also a HUGE help in collecting payments from clients quickly and easily.

Doesn't integrate with some newer platforms. I stopped using it when my company got acquired by another company that used a different platform.

I understand some of this was my own fault, but the fact that it couldn't be automated in my situation frustrated me.

Easy to use with banking integration, report generation, manual journal entries, saves time, more coherent and user friendly than Quickbooks, current update has a nice modern feel to it.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.
