It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Not used that much to be able to write a review the reports but struggled to customise reports.

My clients are very happy with the management reports that I send to them each month as they are professional and easy to read. I do recommend it for any type and size of an entity.

Everything you need is one one software. Syft is a great tool, very user friendly and lots of amazing integrations, the mobile app is no different, makes my work a hole lot easier on the go.

Syft should allow for more data manipulation eg journals or re-allocating of items at report level.

So far nothing because whenever we have a problem it is always fixed straight away.

The end result is not only easy to obtain, but it looks very good too. Definitely changed our monthly reporting for the better.

Other than that, I have been impressed with the KPI's and forecasting. It makes presenting financial reports engaging and fun.

How easy the product is to use and the pricing.

Honestly, I love the visual appeal the most, the reports are pleasant to look at and I also love the amount of customization that you can do with the reports.

The software is user friendly and very easy to use.

While I'm customizing reports in Syft I sometimes find things that need to be recategorized within QuickBooks, so I'll login to QuickBooks and quickly make that change.

The refresh data feature is very slow and often gets stuck, requiring a page refresh but this just slows things down a bit, it doesn't make it unusable.

The Software is easily accessible. Easy to understand and very user friendly.

Beautiful Reports for Every Business & Great Tool for Combining Multi-Companies.

One of the frustrating features is that you cannot refresh multiple companies at the same time. It is not possible to import budgets in Syft.

The presentation of financial data is precise and the graphics are wonderful.

We paid a yearly subscription fee which included the Syft audit function, however a few months in we were told to pay additionally for this function.

It is easy and intuitive to use, they listen to my suggestions in terms of new functionality, and their customer service is great (easy to get hold of, very friendly and professional).

Okay for basic analysis but appears to be limited in functionality.

Assisted me in making financial reporting to my clients fun and informative and allowing me more time to strategise than to be bogged down with the number crunching.
