If your business is running on approximately 5 separate programs that don't communicate with each other, then this is the program that will put them together. For me, it was invoicing, inventory and job costs floating around individually and no one knew what a job costed until the end of Qtr. It doesn't perform "magic" but it eliminated my dread of Month End. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Honestly, the best part is everything is in one location. The invoicing, inventory tracking (count), customer list, vendor information etc... Are all located in one system. No longer am i trying to get all these systems to line up with each other. I’m using most of the billing functionality since the invoicing function is directly tied to the inventory tracking. When i bill something out, the quantity automatically decreases from my inventory level so i don’t have to manually go back and update it afterwards; which previously took half of the day of me yelling at my computer. We were previously using two systems (one for quoting and one for parts) and i will admit, sometimes our spreadsheet won. #### Cons Every single time you open anything it creates a new tab and after an hour of doing that you've got 14+ tabs open and you can't find the one you need. Additionally, Striven charges per user, which sucks when you just want to give your accountants access to log in and take a quick look at the books (now that's another $25/month). My one pet peeve is the search function.
