Our customers do not report having a difficult time becoming accustomed to the program as a result of its user-friendly functioning and features. They made certain that we were at ease at every stage of the process and that our organization's requirements were satisfied. #### Cons At one point, the user was unexpectedly locked out and unable to re-enter their credentials in order to utilize the program. It was the user's responsibility to reinstall the program in order to get it working again, however it wasn't clear what had caused the problem in the first place. #### Reasons for switching to ExpensePoint Simple to use, packed with features and functionalities, and, not to mention, offering outstanding help from their customer care team. Not only that, but the support and onboarding teams have been asbolutely fantastic. They made sure that we were set up correctly and did all training for us, so that we didn't have to worry about that. It's made our expense management process a lot smoother and we were able to save so much time with how it integrates with our credit cards and banks. #### Cons So far, there hasn't been much that we haven't liked. No users have complained to us either and we've been on it for a while now. #### Reasons for choosing ExpensePoint Support was a big reason why we picked ExpensePoint. This is a time-saver for me and my team, so the cost is well worth it. #### Cons Multiple vendor names added for the same vendor in the QBO integration is problematic, because when I want to see what my team has spent with a specific vendor, those costs are spread out among multiple names. I'm unable to upload screenshots here but Amazon, United, etc are examples. We have gotten in to the habit of taking a picture of receipts as we collect them (not having to keep them is a thrill!), and forwarding invoices to mywallet gets things out of my inbox faster.
