Despite the fact that there was a significant time difference between us, Theresa was really helpful and fast to reply to my questions and concerns. They made certain that we were at ease at every stage of the process and that our organization's requirements were satisfied. Cons: At one point, the user was unexpectedly locked out and unable to re-enter their credentials in order to utilize the program. It was the user's responsibility to reinstall the program in order to get it working again, however it wasn't clear what had caused the problem in the first place. Reasons for switching to ExpensePoint Simple to use, packed with features and functionalities, and, not to mention, offering outstanding help from their customer care team. Reduced the amount of documentation and printing that was required throughout the firm, resulting in greater efficiency.
