Awesome modern app that's easy to setup!
Simple travel bookings and budgeting in a clean, clutter-free interface. All enterprise software should be like this.

Excellent receipt tracking
Our account rep has been fantastic in addressing concerns, questions, and issues. I feel this company is growing and making continual improvements.
PROSThe mobile app makes uploading receipts a breeze…..open app, snap pic, go. For the 50 - 60 users in the field during the busy season this time saving app benefits both the user and management. Within the software, customization allowed for company specific coding which then produced the required report needed for import into the company’s accounting program.
CONSThe lack of automatic report integration into Quickbooks, via the Right Networks Remote Desktop, makes importing TB reports cumbersome. On line customer service needs improvement. 24/7 chat would be beneficial over an 8-5 Monday thru Friday service. Giving an automated chat response of ‘we’ll respond within a couple of hours’ does not bode well when time is critical.

Cost, and the fact that every user was not required to have a company email address (which had added to the overall cost).

Somehow my email was changed and I lost reports. Now I have several reports saved that company hasn’t received

Saves a lot of time
We are glad we switched to this platform for expense report management. It's a struggle figuring out some of the features each month like running the report correctly to export into our accounting software.
PROSit eliminates expenses reports on spreadsheets
CONSsupport takes a while and is only available via chat

Easy & Intuitive!
Expense reports are not anyone's favorite task and this tool makes it easy, fast, get in - submit - get out!
CONSHotel Pricing seems to better through award programs.

Easy and handy
I like it very much, it works just like many other famous sites
PROSIt just does why I use it for :) Easy to find my desired flights and booking as well simple.
CONSwhen flights are being shown and you select one, but for some reason you want to return to the findings it is not that handy.

Great at tracking all expenses and reports needed to make sure everything was done correctly before allowing it to submit. It's almost mistake proof for entry which benefits the employees getting correct information, so they get reimbursed quickly.
PROSGuides you through everything very easily for submitting . Everything you need is easily accessed and one page
CONSI thought it was easy access and very user friendly. Don't know really what I would change.? Maybe in the comments for reason for reimbursement have a few selections to choose from instead of typing them in to make it less time for explanation.

Home Health Travel
I enter my personal mileage once every other week or longer.
PROSIts easy to use and understand. I like that it lets you know right away if I put something in wrong.
CONSNothing, it is easy to use. The only thing I dont like is actually needing to use it. I enter my personal mileage but our work mileage is entered into Epic so this seems pointless to enter the personal mileage.

Overall my review is based as a user. My company dictates use and I'm happy for it. The system seems to be solid as it allows my company to make fast, accurate decisions thus leading to quick reimbursements.
PROSMost impactful is the ease to navigate and enter information. Timely and accurate entries lead to solid decision making and thus, fast reimbursements. This is a terrific system to use and so much better than others I have used in the past.
CONSI can't think of one to enter here so will try to leave blank.

Perfect for keeping my records organized
With TravelBank, I do not have to worry about losing receipts.
PROSIt is very easy to simply photo my receipts and move on as I am traveling for my job. I love the simple way I can get a report with all the receipt photos at the end of the month. This makes it very easy to email to my office manager.
CONSI wish there was a function that made it a bit easier at the end of the month for a single user. My company does not use the service system wide, so I have to put myself in as the employee and administrator. After I submit my month for approval, I have to approve it myself. Not a big deal, though.

TravekBank makes traveling life so easy. Mobile camera capture the receipts and make logging into the system a breeze.
CONSIt’s a great system - no complaints. The system allows me to do it all.

Great. I love working with Connor Lawrence and the Travel Team.
This APP allows the Finance Team to quickly audit the expense reports. Very user friendly. I also personally love the travel options. I went on a trip to MX for business and I have only positive things about the service. I forgot to say for improvements, please add a field so we can add the Gl Account number for future to assist with Accounting postings.
PROSThe ease of use of the APP and desktop version, the friendly staff, and the 24 hour concierge service.
CONSWe would like some additional features which has been shared with Connor for future upgrades. We would prefer the customer and description fields to be mandatory. We also need a Job Task field so we can easily use for job accounting postings. Also the Admin cannot see if an EE's expense report is still unsubmitted or if he is still in his Supervisor's box for approval. I always have to ask Conner Lawrence to investigate. Would prefer a canned report that would let the Admin know this information.

Pretty great so far, still learning the tool
Good visibility & useful for all planning needs
PROSModern search for air travel was impressive, similar for rental car too. Expenses are always a pain, nothing will ever stop that from being true.
CONSMinor details like being able to ctrl + V a screenshot into the receipt window (like Jira does it) would make it a 5-star tool

Help for busy companies
It's been great. I don't use it a lot because sometimes it's easier to go direct to the airline. But when I need to go somewhere that Southwest doesn't fly, it has all the airlines in one place along with hotels. Plus, I have a few travel challenges and human beings were wonderful to deal with..
PROSI like having a hybrid between a quick, easy, and in-expensive on-line booking experience with the hand holding of an old-fashioned travel agency. If I need to change something, I can either call or email a real person who responds quickly. It's great hybrid system for people who get sick of deal with AI chat bots.
CONSIt's only air and hotel so other items like rental cars are not included. And, it's not as deep as what we'd expect from a on-line booking service.

Very easy to use and the rewards are amazing.
The most I like about this is how easy the app is to use and if you need help there is always someone there to answer the questions you have.
CONSI didn't have much trouble booking with the app, as a new user it did take a minute to become familiar with the the search engine but after that booking my flight was very simple . The app also great technical support and responded promptly with any questions I did have .
