I think the software is great because the family can go in and modify the payment when a credit card change occurs.

Everything is on paper via email, which is great for keeping track of the transactions.

It is extremely easy to use, practical, user friendly, excellent font, superior feedback and elegant style.

It is very user friendly and allows me the flexibility needed to provide a variety of payment options to our families.

I don't have to write cheques and the system is super simple to use. It was easy and convenient to make payments.

Ease of use for making payments , I like how it saves the payment account info and lists all future invoices.

Was easy to setup, entering bank account and confirming payment method was easy.

As someone who was new to the world of online payment software, I found it easy to use and the TUIO team was always quick to respond with help if I needed it.

Perhaps it is partly the fault of the school that is making me use the software, but the payment type option is confusing.

The payment plan took long to setup so that was a bit inconvenience.

A lot of parents comment or panic when they set up their account and see the “total amount of all the invoices” on the first page.

Our books have never been more organized and being able to offer an alternate form of payment (direct deposit) to our clients has solved many issues. It is easy to set up and easy to use.

Parents hated using it;  QB integration wasn't easy at all; payments took much longer to be received than promised.

The system is intuitive and simple to navigate while being powerful on the backend to support our needs. Our parents have had nothing but good things to say about how much they like the system.

Customer service is the best, they are always nice & patient and will help you work through any problems.

It is easy to use and you do not need to have software knowledge. If you need additional help, tech support is just wonderful to work with.

Tuition Express is a great product to use and integrate into the Procare management system.

We did not realize that our center would be charged 3-3.5% in Merchant Fees when average is about 2.

I love the fact that the receipts are emailed, it saves on paper. My parents LOVE the emailed receipts,  how fast they can check out their children, swipe their card, and be done.

We switched exclusively to Tuition Express for child care tuition a couple of years ago. It is so easy to set parents up in ProCare using Tuition Express.

There is less time spent collecting outstanding tuition balances. The parents have access to their account information around the clock.

If I have any issues they are always there to help me troubleshoot. We have used them several times and they are awesome.

The one thing that I dislike about the software is that in the beginning, I made a few mistakes that I can't correct due to money being attached.

Tuition Express is an excellent tool to use in an industry that is so fast paced. The program is easy to navigate and has great customer support.

This system gives us automation. We are able to build better relationships with our clients because the money issue is solved.

We do not have to track clients down for payment. Most of them use the ACH option or pay from their phones.

Very difficult sometimes to find the report that I am looking for.

I like how it integrates into Kinderlime (Procare) and makes the process very seamless. It is also easy to use and makes billing simpler.

It would be great if there was a mobile app, other than that it is great.

The refund process and the documentation process for denials is too difficult to perform without technical support.

You can only book out charges two weeks in advance which is good and bad.

I like the fact that I do not have to handle money payments anymore and parents are able to submit their payments online.

I love this because it makes things more efficient. It is easy to set up and works well for someone who has fifty other things to deal with.

One of the very best things about Tuition Express and other Procare products is the extremely responsive, helpful and friendly customer service.

We would have remind the same families to pay their tuition weekly and now it is all collected automatically.
