"With Zoho Expense, we have been able to make it easy for us to collect and consolidate all our expenditure data by recording both hard and soft copy receipts and this allows us to monitor every expenses we incur when carrying out our project operations."

"Zoho Expense has incredible reporting features which provides us with clearly detailed expense reports which shows us the project operations that we might be overspending on."

"The mobile app is convenient for quick submissions on the go, and the desktop version works well for reviewing, approving, and managing reports."

"I could not delegate receipt capturing to users outside the organisation, i.e. consultants, etc. for them to also allocate their receipts for billing purposes."

"Occasionally, the optical character recognition (OCR) takes a little longer than expected to process a receipt during peak hours."

"Only downside, is you have to manually push the expense reports through if you want them daily as the auto reporting only occurs weekly."
