"Overall I like Zoho invoice because both my partner and I can use it on the mobile app so we can take orders and send the invoice to the customer in real time."

"They have done more for my business than any one else and help me to get paid in full on time and to see what is not working in my business through expense and days to get paid tracking features - enabling me to make strategic decisions too."

"I used it to streamline billing for several clients I worked with, and its centralized dashboard provided me with a bird’s eye view of outstanding payments."

### Cons

"The major con currently with zoho invoice is that we have been unable to integrate a payment system and so we are having to use another program just for that purpose. "

"What I don’t like so much about Zoho is that it can be very difficult to have a perfect accounting of invoices and revenues. As we divide revenues in three categories, but have almost 60 items."

"The integrations with other Zoho apps are fine for customers that have standardized on their cloud suite, but the lack of 3rd party integrations (or even an API we could code our own to) make it unwieldy for anyone with more than a few dozen customers. While it's certainly to be expected from a totally-free application, I get a little irritated with the marketing for other Zoho products."
