The Cadence team wants nothing but success for their clients and it shows with their support and constant growth of the software.

I love how fast they respond to requests, questions, etc. Budgets are stretched thin and every dollar counts, so it is nice to spend our money with a group who cares about our success.

From the moment we started researching Cadence, it has been a wonderful experience. Mongoose has a phenomenal team of people who have been extremely helpful from day one.

In addition, the messages can take a while to send making it difficult to follow-up.

We have been able to increase our response rates to solicit action. Getting information to our customers so much faster and much more cost effective.

Our ability to reach and interact with our students has increased dramatically by using this software, and we are reaching students who we were not reaching via email.

Loading contacts can be difficult and confusing.

We love the ease of use, the sleek, modern feel, and the feedback and response that we receive from students via text compared to email and phone calls. We love everything about Cadence.

However, it does take quite a bit of time too sit there and respond to hundreds of messages even if it's a simple yes or no question.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Cadence. The team behind the product has been wonderful to work with.

The platform is very user friendly and the response rate is excellent. I really like how many data fields can be uploaded about each Contact.

Having an app as well is important for myself and my team in terms of ease of use. I like the shared inboxes and the smart message and scheduled message options.

This is because there is no student ID assigned. My assumption is that record is only updated based on student ID.

I love that the tool is easy to use and intuitive, but also has in depth features to use as well if you want them.

When Email seemed to get lost in the muck more than ever, cadence has allowed us to break through and build a relationship with the students.

At times I had a hard time manually importing data into Cadence.

I think the customer service is outstanding. I know exactly who to contact for any assistance and they are extremely helpful and responsive.

It is easy to use and the customer service is top notch. I've talked up Cadence to my colleagues so much and shown then the usefulness in such a way that we adopted a whole College approach.

Customer service has been great and the product is very functional and supports our strategy for student engagement.

Being a not so technical person, I found this system user friendly and easy to access and familiarize with.

It is a very functional system that helped us automate some of the important processes for students and the school.

Tracking activities can easily be added into the system to make  sure that when students have changes in academic activities, we can monitor and send out the required tracking mechanisms.

Once I posted the financial aid of the student, I could not delete it anymore if I happen to make a mistake. I have to make another entry to negate it.

I've had great experiences with this software so far.

The user interface is fairly clean and intuitive for the most part, and training has been very simple to accomplish for most of the end users - particularly for students and faculty.

I would recommend Campus Cafe for institutions that are similar to our size (population of 500 or less).

Our work is now more streamlined and time we spend on projects and validation of record accuracy has been cut in half.

An example of this is syncing Campus Cafe with Canvas LMS- students who withdraw or drop would sometimes sync with Canvas and other times it would not. So there was that inconsistency.

Campus cafe handles most of what we need and it allows for uploading documents without purchasing a separate imaging system. I have to admit that I do not use all of the tools as we are very small.

Reports are easily accessible and customizable. This is such a great feature for the Registration Department as we need accurate statistics immediately.

I don't like how the company doesn't seem to be up front about the price of the implementation and software.

Has the best feature-to-price ratio of any platform we looked at.

The ability to also customize webpages, email notifications, triggers, courses as needed gave us the power to be more flexible and creative with how we focus our energy and time.

They are very responsive to building out new functionality in the system, and do so at a reasonable cost.

Campus Café is very user friendly and has really helped us be more efficient. It has helped us to streamline our workflow and become more organized which of course saves us time.

The interface for managing permissions is also very clunky and sometimes confusing, requiring double negative logic to understand what a permission is doing.

We needed a new student SIS and campus cafe fit what we needed. Customer service has been very good.

Campus cafe has many many options to use for schools. I personally use for the financial aid part and find it very simple to use and very easy to select options for viewing for the students.

My only thought is that some sort of optional change-management services that could be purchased at an additional cost to implementation could be beneficial to some institutions.

Users are getting comfortable with the system quickly, and with ease, and the system is allowing us to improve efficiency of our processes in many offices.

It was intuitive and easy to navigate, so I was able to quickly find the features and settings I needed.
