Overall, working with Destiny One has been a great experience. We have been able to customize the solution based on our needs as the Continuing Education department has grown.

This has been revenue generating for our extension units, but has also provided various benefits to our course managers.

Great Potential, Good Customer Service (and you will need it!).

Lack of user-friendly front end development. Currently you need a developer to design and assist non-technical users.

There is no plugin or api that allows Destiny One data to be queried outside of Destiny One.

Software is OK (have not used equivalent software so cannot compare with others). Customer service is generally good to very good.

Additional features cost more. Out of the box package was very limited and not customizable with out a fee.

Easy set up and management of  courses and certificates, notification automation, customization for approval workflows and permissions, reporting and robust dynamic help.

You have to buy the archive database. The lack of CRM has forced us to push json notifications to a CRM platform.

Some modules are old and clunky, and almost useless (Marketing, for instance).

Overall, our experience has been positive. Destiny One Support is very responsive.

Destiny One had a significant impact on our department's efficiency and growth. The team that supported our project was outstanding.

Another example: Certificates - but no datapoint to pull in the courses applied to the certificate.

We wish there was a way to delete files... in the rare instance the wrong file is uploaded, you're unable to delete (unless this has changed).

I find the destiny help desk helpful. The system is relatively easy to use.

Dashboards Datapoints - I find the datapoints available in the Destiny Tableau BI server to be very limited.

Cloud-based; many customizable labels, PV marketing content, and system configurations; offers an API; supports some integrations.

The best thing about Destiny One is their extremely responsive support staff. I have only been using the product for a little over a year, but have had a great experience with their support staff.

Upgrades can break procedures that were previously working. The UI can be terribly counter-intuitive.

Good library of resources for end users. Automated workflows and tasks allows staff to stay on top of day to day operations.

Lively continual improvement process, good support communication, professional look and feel of eCatalog, corporate learning portals.

Integration of the staff view with the online customer view is fantastic.

The features are good with the software and integration with our school was straight forward with the support of Destiny One's customer service.

Software is very cumbersome and very difficult and expensive to customize.

Great company, great customer service, good product to replace our in-house custom build old system.

We have a long term relationship and if it did not work for our clients, we would have moved on. Great people and a great product.

Overall, this is a good warehouse for student information. There are still program features that could be improved upon - most importantly, the ability to better format emails.

There are components of it that are cumbersome to use, but a lot of that seems due to how versatile and flexible it is.

Additionally, the email formatting is horrible. You cannot create emails using paragraph structure.

We still have a lot of bugs to work out but I am confident Maestro will meet our needs moving forward.

Maestro was a good place to organize all the necessary information needed to teach students remotely.

With the number of customizations and LTI connections, we will have a more user-friendly and robust SIS than before. Maestro was responsive and helpful in addressing our unique needs.

They helped us meet each important reporting deadline throughout the year. They can build out the program to nearly whatever request you have.

The entire team is awesome and always attentive and responsive to delivering the highest quality customer service. They treat me like family.

Customer service is outstanding. More often than not, I am meeting with Jose and/or Sue to think through logic and solutions that can best serve our needs.

Bulk enrollment features are nice when they can withstand the traffic. Making changes to students is easy.

Ve been building online schools for over 12 years across the United States. You’ll not need any other SIS that will integrate with your curriculum or external platforms.

They carefully investigated the state requirements and adjusted their program to fit our unique setting.

Can't withstand the heavy traffic at peak enrollment times. Spinning and wait time unacceptable during peak enrollments with multiple users.

MaestroSIS has greatly improved our admissions and enrollment procedures. The system is fairly easy to use and offers options for customization.

Integration with Brightspace was tougher than we expected but the Bocavox team was there with us all the way, going far above and beyond to deliver the solution we needed.

The time-out feature and lack of autosave has been an issue. I lost an hour of entering data for report card purposes because the system timed out, and the information did not save.

Lifelong Learning is a cloud-based student lifecycle management solution which helps colleges and universities manage higher education programs for non-traditional learners. Key features include registration, synchronous/asynchronous learning, request management, online enrollments, and customizable branding.  

This application enables trainers to create courses, automate approvals for program purchases and distribute certificates. Students can use the self-service portal to pay fees, view class schedules via calendar and print lecture transcripts. Lifelong Learning helps marketers design, evaluate and execute targeted campaigns based on location, interests, demographics and history of candidates. Additionally, Destiny One allows office administrators to provide role-based permissions to staff members for accounts across multiple branches or departments. 

Lifelong Learning integrates with third-party platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Hobson’s Radius, Pardot, Marketo, SAP, Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, Homegrown, Ellucian Banner, Workday, Moodle, Epsilen and more.
