  • Pros

  • Easy Integration with ERP & Salesforce. And last but not the least awesome 24X7 customer support.
  • Extraaedge has a really good interface and most importantly, it's simple and easy to use. You can even efficiently learn if irrespective of you are or you are not from technical backgrounds.
  • Cons

  • Just one cons as I had used its mobile app as after using it. The peroneal number can be added by mistake and difficult to delete is as admin has the right to delete.
  • No of calls made by a counselor can be manipulated and data can be mis handled.

  • The ease of use with this product is by far one of the features I most enjoy.
  • This software helps to guide you through the best practices while also allowing you to be creative and display what your organization has to offer to donors, students and friends.
  • Cons

  • I haven't found anything that I dislike thus far. I've experienced a few technical glitches on the platform itself but nothing that a quick refresh wouldn't take care of.
  • A lack of integration with our Blackbaud Raisers Edge database, however this is something they've been talking about implementing in the near future.
