Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

There's so much this platform can do it was initially quite daunting how I've been able to reach out to the support team who are always happy to help no matter how basic/advanced my questions are.

Pricing was very flexible and the software was customizable to meet our needs.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Lack of aesthetic formatting options (change font size/style, etc.).

A great tool for agencies who need a consolidated report.
