I had many problems with them every time I purchase a service, last one was FB ads and my client got ZERO sales for a product that were selling on daily basis from organic stories. couldn't even refund the money as they had every time a reason behind something! simply they doesn't really deliver what they promise in both ( building funnels / FB Ads ) that's what I have purchased and don't know about the other services.

As a DashClicks member, I have been extremely pleased with their services, and I have built my business on them. I love DashClicks because it provides everything you need to run a marketing business on one platform. As a result, I'm able to manage my business more efficiently. Plus, it's super easy to use, even a 5-year-old could do it!

The only thing I don't like is that the content that they provide for their monthly subscriptions is only filler content and they only offer 1 post per week or on different platforms. I think they need to provide options for clients that makes the content they make for clients on brand.

I tested a few services on my own business before whitelabeling for clients. The direct Slack line to the implementation team is great. So far, the folks i've worked with have been very quick to respond to any/all questions i've had.

The services and pricing are laid out in an easy to understand way. You know exactly what you're getting when you sign up. Very well thought out.

I would suggest with each service purchased, they have a dedicated onboarding virtual session for that client. The onboarding docs are in depth (which is great), but it would be nice to talk through it line by line with someone the DC team.

I just love how the dashboard on the back end is very colorful and easy to navigate. The reporting just looks fresh, modern and amazing. My clients really appreciate the attention to detail in their reports. To me, a game-changer was having the ability to contact my project manager via a private Slack Chanel! Communication really flows and we get things done! My clients are happy with the results they are receiving for their online marketing.

I tried their social media posting, among other services, but they are still lacking reporting for the social media posting. That would really make my life easier when it comes to sending my client reports. They are lacking in that arena. Also, I would love to see more case studies on their end. They only have 3, but they become boring after a while since most of the data does not really focus on revenue generated.

Dash Clicks made building my digital marketing brand easy by providing me with SaaS White Labeled capability and more. I can focus more on other parts of my business because of that!
