  • Pros

  • The tagging function between colleagues is very convenient. Overall, the interface is also very pleasant and easy to use.
  • On top of that, you would be able to see when a teammate was replying or typing under the email, which was a good way to know who was working on what.
  • Cons

  • I am still learning so there are many buttons I don't know what they do and so many places to find your communications. I get a little confused.
  • HOWEVER, the use of @ symbol is different than the other communication software we use (Slack). Can be confusing when using the two.

  • You can see multiple channels, campaigns, and more in an easy to use interface.
  • This program was fairly easy to deploy and it has a great interface that makes it easy to find the specific information or datasets you are looking for.
  • Cons

  • Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.
  • As you can guess this is very frustrating when a client is on the way and I need an accurate report asap.
